lol yeah only 18 months or so! Lost the footage! You probably recognize it, thats where you got some nice pans and Damon pulled the speci. Oh man you should see the little creek we've been working this winter, looks like someone drove a bulldozer right up the creek!
Yep, it's not as hard on the back when you're floating around and sniping the gold verses digging for it...

Why didn't you guys break the high banker down, converting it into a sluice? the stream there looks like it has enough flow..
We would've had to carry the buckets alot farther lol

Ok ... what you call a ancient gravel ,- and what you call a "clean- out " ( did you drill there ?).... because a drill core will cause a clean -out ... but a wash device to clean .... you doing a clean- up ......
Aaaand what's about your panning technique ....the half pan is still full of blacksand ,- plus lot of water .....
You guys are throwing away alot of your hard work back into the river.
Those sluices dont catch much if any at all of the flower gold ' it makes up alot of gold'
Also the highbanker is tilted too much, nit giving the gold as much time to drop and through the sluice. I would recommend a secondary trap where it all falls...
Or invest in a goldcube with a trommel.
Youll catch 100% of what you send through it if set up right
Thanks man, that was the first time using that machine. Secondary sluice is a good idea for the little specks
