My B6 is definitely my emotional support planner. I bring it everywhere at this point.
Same with my rings. Even if I don’t use it , it goes. But 90% of the time I use it for something 🤣🤣
I’ve tried to do an all in one planner…didn’t like it. I tried an A5 planner but I felt too guilty if I didn’t write in one page. Tried Hobonichi weeks but I write too large. Finally figured it out - Aura Estelle A5 for work, Common TN for financial and health, and Common Weeks as my everyday carry. I feel so much better now. Next year I’m going to try undated PaperTess Designs for A5 and TN.
I tried and I get to stressed with stuff in different planners. Idk my brain is weird 🤷♀️🤷♀️ I’m glad you found something that works tho 🙌🙌🙌🙌
I love this. I have anxiety and my father recently passed so this would something to help get through the bad days. I may have to come up with something like this to carry around with me.
It helps my ADD , anxiety, ocd and depression honestly. I feel like if I can get it out of my head and on to paper it’s not as overwhelming. I hope it helps 🫶🫶🫶
