I think this style of editing/videography and shit just your style! Is nice and refreshing, a mix between poetry, arms, and classical music. I'm sold. Wishing you the best on your journey Roman, I'm glad I stopped by. You got a like from me my friend, great video!
This keyboard is nice, but keep in mind that you’ll sacrifice basic keyboard functions like print Screen, entering BIOS etc. It’s an inconvenience having 2 keyboards to fully access your PC’s keyboard options. I defiantly don’t recommend it for home or everyday use. You’re better off with the speed editor!
I am using a mac and I can not attest to using windows. There is no bios on the mac, just the commands to enter boot options that work regardless of the keyboard used. Last time I remember entering the bios was a long time ago but it was with regular keyboard keys, which this one has, DEL is labeled as 'delete' and there are also F1 through F12 keys. Screenshotting on a mac is done via shift+cmd+3 or 4, this keyboard screenshots and performs OSX shotrcuts, it has a separate cmd key and a separate alt/option as one button to account for two types of win/mac users. Overall, as a mac user it is hinderance-free and is like most keyboards at least for me on a mac. Hope that helps!
@@kinoromantic I truly understand the Win/Mac issues being that I’m from Santa Clara, CA the heart of Silicon Valley, but thanks for taking the time to help.
this style of video was um,,,,,interesting. lol. great work. very European. ha. i just got my keyboard and was dissapointed the jog doesnt have any force feedback? i was expecting to feel some resistance as i spun the wheel in jog mode. is that not the case?
You’re right. Shtle is the one with force feedback, but if you move it to the same degree as others it will send you half way across the timeline. I don’t know if there’s a way to tackle shtl sensitivity, so far I haven’t found one. On jog and scrl the wheel is moving freely
Yes! "The keys caps, handrest, and key switches are all available as spare parts so the keyboard can be refreshed and repaired over time. blackmagic keyboard switch replacement”source - www.bhphotovideo.com
@@kinoromantic I contacted Blackmagic Support and they told me the switches are soldered. I'm just posting for other people that might have the same question.
@@ncjsgrki I've specifically reached for a key removal tool and I'm looking at a switch right now. It has 'cherry' written on it which is a common high-quality brand of switches, and it can be removed with a tool. There are solder points underneath the switch which is probably what the phone rep meant to say. But maybe there is a variant of this keyboard that I'm unaware of, let me know if that is the case, because with global supply crisis I wouldn’t be surprised if some have it soldered. By the looks of it, mine is using Cheery MX red mechanical variant and it's $3.99 on mechanicalkeyboards.com you are welcome, and thanks for keeping the facts in check by the way! Happy holidays )

Best Editor Keyboard unintentional advert I have seen. Getting mine tomorrow.
This was calming. Forgot I what I was here for, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Love this, not a review, but very cool artistic view of this keyboard.
THE BEST VIDEO ON YT ABOUT THIS KEYBOARD!!!

I appreciate it very much!
Видео классное 🙂. В следующем расскажи об особенностях этой клавиатуры. Сравни её со speededitor.
Very Cool
a detailed video of the keyboard would be great
I’ve included some detailed shots. Using the keyboard for editing is very simple, there really is not much to it )
@@kinoromantic OK! I don't think that every button is self-explanatory....
@@schnellkannjeder It actually is, most have written what each does on it )

it’s the shuttle when you go from the starting position to the 64x speed as well as the -64x speed
Are you able to swap the switches or are they solder?
Yes!
