Rubina's comments do not make sense. You picked up right that Meenu's outburst was uncalled for. The second last scene answers it too. The doctor clearly mentions it is a toxic behavior and explains it too. Every argument that the writer starts in ZPKB finds a fine collected closure. So, very unintelligent review by her.

It’s high time that we realise that not every female and male needs to be completely white and morally correct all the time. It’s the story of human beings normal simple people. This is what writer is trying to show. Meenu is not a perfect person nor is naufil. They have their own strengths and weaknesses. Isn’t this how a normal person is?
Samiya mumtaz’s character is not a dari sehmi aurat. She is just a normal woman of pakistani rural areas. She is not suppose to be a bechari. She just doesn’t have the agency. She doesn’t have the power to make decisions.

Judges can be judged by the audience. The writers, directors and the actors are not there to defend themselves when the judges give their opinions or criticises them. Same way when audiences are criticising the judge, then they should not become defensive. And no, it’s not matter of life and death? The audiences just put a comment and give their opinions with the exception of maybe a few.
