- just for fun for the new/young individuals who are one budget and looking for a school/college or even work scent, for summer/autumn days....fresh and clean, nothing complex, just one scent as a workhorse :) fragheads may skip the video as you all know everything about these two :)

Bought myself a 200ml bottle just the other day after a long time of thinking. I tested it today for the first time and I'm really happy with it. This definitely seem more promising and worthy of the king of cheapies than Nautica Voyage. I put on 6 sprays in the morning, 4 hrs later it's still projecting strong. Airy, aquatic, clean and slightly florally fragrance. A total hit (dumb reach) for the summer. For me Voyage has a headache inducing trait when slightly overapplied. Still liking it tho,also you can buy it for ten,twelve bucks.

Both are awesome for summer, both are easy on the wallet, and both smell great. I have owned both, and to be honest, you can't go wrong with either. I give Voyage the win though, for 2 reasons:
1. I am a sucker for compliments, and Voyage on my skin destroys Chrome in this regard. I live in a tropical climate, and Voyage is just magic for me. The ladies truly adore this scent on me. I think it's due to the fact that I sweat, and the saltiness of the sweat mixes with the salty sea vibe in Voyage that you so accurately described. Chrome gets me some "you smell good" comments, but I have had women (mostly in the 18-30 crowd) tell me I smell DELICIOUS with Voyage on.
2. Voyage projects a bit better on my skin and also retains its best notes longer for me than Chrome does. I think I like them equally for the first hour in terms of the scents they project, but at the 2 hour mark, for me Chrome turns into something different. I like it, but not as much as the opening. On the other hand, Voyage is more linear. For some people this is boring and is a true negative... but if you really like a scent in the opening, why wouldn't you want it to stay that way longer? I sure do, and Voyage does this. It smells the same after 4 hours as it does in the first 30 minutes.

Hello Joy, just so you know, here in the US you can find Nautica Voyage for $15. Azzaro Chrome for $25. My lady really loves Voyage, but on my skin it only last for about 3 to 4 hours. Worth every penny. I'm probably soon going to get Chrome in my collection again.

Just my opinion, but I think Voyage is more of an outdoor scent while Chrome is more of an indoor scent. I also think Voyage is more of a play/casual scent while Chrome is more of a work scent. I'll also use Voyage as my gym scent... Just a few sprays
voyage somewhat feels like little cold mornings to me..when the dew is on grass and sun is just sweet and not out yet properly...i loved wearing it in early morning jogging time :) chrome definitely office workhorse :)

I got alot of compliments over the years with chrome. Prada Luna eau sport is similar to chrome with out the metallic note
Good morning Joy, I tried nautica Voyage but for some reason it just didn't go well with me not sure if I bought a bad batch. However, when I tried A chrome, I liked it much better.

the chrome is so aromatic and bold. it's safe, loving, and trusted. I even put it on my boyfriend, when we go out. I'm from New Mexico.

Yeah NAUTICA VOYAGE is really GOOD....
I am using nautica 2015 batch and have no issues and what so ever. lasts 8hr plus on me. it's my go to office scent for summer. And never had any negative experience with this scent.

Chrome is gr8 and is a monster as far as performance very popular down in Texas voyage is gr8 too thou can't say no bad about either
Chrome was my first cologne, liked the fresh, citrus-metallic notes, but I fell in-love with Voyage when I sampled it. Chrome's fresh-citrus shares its vibe with many other fragrances, whereas Voyage is its own unique, clean-smelling scent:) Voyage also lasted far longer on my skin than Chrome
How is the chrome? I hear so much about it. I was given chrome sport before and fell in love with it but have never tried chrome

Hello from Czech Republic.. Using Chrome maybe 10 years this masterpiece is my favorit aquatic fragrance, was my first fragrance in my life and i love it..realy fresh and pure performance with awesome metallic soul.

Like you I despised Chrome's metallic vibe at first but started loving it in a coupla days. Also I intend to buy Chrome Legend in future. How do you like that one?
To me voyage smells like synthetic apple like some garnier hair product. Chrome despite the metallic notes people talk about, I just get soapy fresh out of the shower smell with florals. Last thing that lingers is the synthetic apple with voyage, kinda crap dry down really. Chrome remains the same florals all the way through, don't know where the metallic scent is supposed to come from.. Chrome>voyage for scent
chrome > voyage for performance
the synthetic apple in voyage is more of a headache inducer for me than anything in chrome.

I owned Voyage and Chrome Legend. Both were compliment monsters. Great in daytime/work situations. Like you, I'd give Chrome Legend a slight advantage over Voyage. It's a bit more elegant.

Voyage has a female version called My Voyage if I'm right. The Chrome line is marketed towards men but I'm pretty sure a woman can pull it off, especially because of it's light, airy,florally light traits.

Also found a rare bottle of Azzaro Chrome Limited edition 2016 for $43usa. Looking forward to receiving that one.

I found a seller on eBay with a bottle of Azzaro Chrome Limited edition 2016 and this was sent from overseas. I think I was lucky on this purchase.

Man I wanted you to compare Aqua Marine or the og Aqua as well. I have NV but I really hate it. The performance sucks. I use it for the gym by the way. What's the projection like on the Aqua Marine? Any other cheap fresh/aquatic scent you recommend?
No contest here. Nautica Voyage knocks every version of Chrome out of the ring. That metallic note in Chrome is so tired.

Chrome is twice the price of Voyage so I'm not sure if this is a fair comparison.
Looks like you paid too much for the fragrances, they are available for around $19 and $25 online i guess!

I bought Nautica Voyage few days ago.. I don't like it.. at home I have a hands wash shampoo which is almost identical to it also.. I might try Azzaro Chrome.. meanwhile could you please suggest me a good perfume, which similar to fahrenheit dior not identical, i mean which has that petrolium, gasoline kind of feeling.. I tried ferrari uomo it doesn't last long.. something else please? it could be anything acquatic or what ever, I just want that petrolium and gasoline kind of smell.. thanks.

Nautica Blue is better than the Nautica Voyage..only the projection is not so good..
