Fuel Pump Replacement on a 2003 Honda Goldwing GL 1800

This video covers the replacement of a fuel pump on a 2003 Honda Goldwing GL 1800. This particular bike has been parked for many years and hasn't even been started in about 4 years. It's easier to access the fuel pump than it is the air filter.

Does the GL 1800 have a fuel filter? I want to replace mine but I can’t find any information on where it’s located

I didn’t wash it at all. It had rarely been ridden and only on dry days.

How did you put the pump and screen back into the assembly? Or is the whole unit available if so where did you get it.

I have a 2005 Goldwing with a Cracked fuel pump in a Honda shop and they are telling me there is no new pump available Do you know of any other year pump that will work on a 2005
