It really resonated with me when you talked at the end about how there must be a balance between being a multi-dimensional being, a spirit and also being a human, the spirituality and 3D world. I find that I can just as you said live in my head, think about doing things, then feel tired from all the thinking and feeling like I have already done them and I end up not doing anything, and that creates reality for me in the 3d that I don’t enjoy
