Does Pakistani Birthday normally have aloo in it? In India the Biryani in Kolkata has it... Hyderabadi Biryani And other south Indian variants have egg in it...North India is mostly meat and rice
Typically its common in Sindh, cities like Karachi, Hyderabad, etc. I have friends that are from Punjab and I often hear from them that allo is not common in Biryani in those parts of the country.

I’m Singaporean and this is the first time I’ve heard about Singaporean rice 😂
I asked same question, It is also like sometimes they will say Chinese (whereas the food they serve/cook never look close to any Chinese dishes).
Singaporean fried rice is a dish but this is fusion dish.

مجھے ایک بات سمجھ نہیں آتی کہ کمرشل کچن کی ریسیپی کیوں کریں کریں کر پوچھی جاتی ھے اور پھر شکایت بھی کی جاتی ھے۔ پتہ نہیں کیا expectations ھے۔ ایک تو اوھوں اور سپاٹ چہرا اور ھم ھم (بدبو یا مجرا) کے علاوہ کوی پتہ نہیں کہ کیا پسند آتا ھے اور کیا پسند نہیں آتا نہ کوی وجہ سمجھ آتی کہ کس وجہ سے کوی چیز پسند آی یا نہیں۔ بندہ بس دیکھ کر یا تو بدبو یا پھر مجرا expressions ۔۔۔ میں آپ سے معافی مانگتا ھوں مگر اتنا annoying ھے۔ میرے اپنے گھر والوں نے پروگرام دیکھا اور پہلی راے کہ بدبو یا مجرا اور تیسری راے کہ سرد اور سپاٹ ،،، پھر اے معزرت لیکن سمجھ نہیں آیا۔ اوھووووں

ضیاء بھائی بار بی کیو تو تقریباً سب کا ایک جیسا ہوتا ہے پر بات ہے بریانی کی تو بریانی جو آپ نے کھائی ہے وہ بھی عام سی دکھتی ہے اس میں کوئی کھڑا مصالحہ نہی نہ ٹماٹر نہ دھنیا پودینہ نہ ثابت مرچ نظر آئی یعنی دکھنے میں کھچڑی لگ رہی ہے بریانی میں رنگین اور سفید چاول دونوں ہی نظر آنے چاہیئے
