combat sambo is better for mma because its the closest martial art to mma and especially if you want to become a great mma grappler because setting up takedowns with strikes and worrying about strikes only problem is combat sambo is only popular in eastern Europe good luck finding a combat sambo gym in the west thats not mma. if you where meaning sport sambo which is this video its basically a combination of freestyle wrestling + judo with a gi jacket
