One thing I took away from this is that they should always send two cops. Imagine if a lone officer had to subdue Dahmer, he might have been killed and Jeffery might have escaped.

Any time I hear a guy that's 6'1" 175lbs as a "good sized guy" I feel so much bigger 😕
