Listen to me! I am here applauding the wisdom that thundered forth from this man's mouth with such eloquence. This is what children need to hear from their parents. Rise above the noise, focus on your lessons, beat them with success. 👏👏👏 A fitting message for children (and adults) everywhere, especially those who are being bullied in school (or at work).
When I saw the warehouse in the beginning, I thought Kojo got a promotion! 🤣 I used to be a snitcherist all through elementary school and I never once was labeled a snitch. Good lesson!
What a wise lesson to pass along to anyone who encounters discrimination and prejudice because we are from a different country, race, nationality or religion…!
Why are African parents actually that dramatic when talking about how they got to school? And apparently, everyone always got straight A's in school too😂
I loved this video seeing his father finally understand how sometimes being a teenager things happen and it’s different now watching Clifford finally being understood by his dad really is amazing great video Clifford👏👏👏
Thank you vWilliams for the origin for this expression. I am an African American whose parents taught me to be very proud of my African ancestry. When I heard other African Americans saying this about people from Africa, I was very upset. Unfortunately, kids like this do not have good role models and lack respect for themselves and their own people. Sadly, we do not learn anything about Africa in this country so please forgive people like this for their lack of awareness. It would help all of us to learn more about our Motherland, Africa!❤ So Clifford continue to make videos that teach us!
Make a part 2 of this it was so good and also this was the first time that Clifford's dad accepted. hime and acknowledges him and this is a good life lesson for kids
LOL as if Cliff's dad would not have knocked someone tf OUT if one of his coworkers kept calling him that.. xD! I liked this, that Cliff's dad didn't hit Cliff this time and was actually understanding and compassionate.
We are the same age. Born in the 80s. Went to school in the 90s. That was when Boys in the Hood came out. There was a scene, where one of the kids, called the main protagonist an African booty scratcher. That saying caught on and became popular in real life. I remember the kids, calling other black Americans that word. I knew what this sketch was about before it started. Blessing to you and your beautiful family Clifford., in Jesus name Amen.
@@Randomperson16-q4jit should be self explanatory, it means they think, or are trying to say, Africans are nasty dirty poor booty scratchers, you know snatching butts/bum/a$$. I would know, I'm not directly from Africa, I'm a black Honduran, but kids in my grade called me that assuming I was African, bc I kinda looked like one.
For once Clifford’s dad actually acknowledges him and accepts him as his son for once.
Facts usually he get punish
Its because of the mental health crisis going around the world feel free to search it up when you can
Yeah, all that's left is to say Clifford's name correctly
Some parents just don’t mess around with their child

Cliff is absolutely right...there's a time when you have to defend yourself...but his dad was right too....success is the best revenge.

As a Ghanaian American mom, I love Criffod! Now that Cliff himself is an African dad, different stuff is real for him in a new way.
African dad has changed 😂
Yes, where is the plot twist in which dad gets the call from a "friend" that the fight was actually about a girl...
Why are African parents actually that dramatic when talking about how they got to school? And apparently, everyone always got straight A's in school too😂
Clifford's dad sounds exactly like my mother. Had this same conversation with my mother at one point. Always told me to beat them with success 😂
thought african dad was gonna switch up at the end 😭
Me too. I was thinking it was a plot twist.
Clifford, this is one of your best. Thank you. ❤️

I remember hearing this too at school and not know what it meant. When I found out, I felt like African Dad. I thought it was super ignorant.
Amen Clifford father. I agree with you 100 percent. Lesson learned. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I thought he was gonna say "and that's how u be a doctor" 😂😂😂
Cliff's dad was absolutely amazing here. Brings a tear to my eye, that x
I got called that everyday in elementary through high school by black Americans.. I still don’t know what that is??
The black American kids always made fun of me and friends’ rice and stew. Talking bout we eat doodoo. 😭
According to the other comment I saw, the saying came from a movie.
@@princess_amaexperienced it too they all crabs in a barrel who are either dead, jail still living with parents with little to no job
@fa1509 Oh, come now. That's not very nice to say, is it? Let's not start something in the comments.
I love your vids clif❤️🙌
Clifford's dad was surprisingly gentle and it didn't end with a whooping. Sometimes when our parents do that it's surprisingly nice.

What does that even mean though 😭

As a kid growing up in the 70's, we called each other those words, but it also was a back scratcher that looked like a small hand.
