Honestly, seeing Childe at that low of pull investment compared to a high pull investment Lyney really puts things into perspective of how good of a dps Childe is on his own. Especially since Childe wasn't designed to be a hypercarry or anything.
Childe is c1 here and Liney is c6. Also Liney can't utilize reactions other than swirl or burning without losing his buffs, and Childe can deal much more damage with vape setup.

@@fallenangel4936 honestly I don't know, pretty sure right now yes, those are the only ways. personally I've never seen level 15 talents. currently childe is the only character that has a passive that levels up a skill for the whole party members but it doesn't specify it can't stack the effect with a similar talent for example kaeya or kazuha with their stamina reduction for sprint it clearly says it can't stack. so maybe in the future we'll get other characters with the same talent as him and they put a limit for obvious reasons. those are just my thoughts tho, not really sure why
@fallenangel4936 When there was an event with Childe and Xin Yan, it was possible to get 1 constellation in buffs. As a result, there would be 15 talent from Childe and buff

How do people get talent lvl 14? If there is no childe in the party please someone tell me
in this case childe is in the party when showcasing so plus one lvl, the rest comes from Lyney's C3, it gives +3 level up his NA
