Based on the video, the dress she made is for people with 36” chest and 40” waist.
In video showed the chest measurement is 9” (9x4=36”) meanwhile Waist 10” means 10x4=40” for waist.
If you want to sew with your measurements, just change the chest and waist parts. Formula: your actual waist or chest divided by 4.
