I'll tell you what I run because I don't have DDF or Chudan. I use 1 piece swarm mother and an extra trainee piece with Gaze of Sithis. Big armor, 31k health, 60k magicka, 15 k stamina. I also have reinforced trainee chest instead of jewelry because I just PVP. I prefer the sorc major resolve skill because I can run the scroll when needed.
This build isn't surviving much though with such low resistances and crit resistances in pvp. You're an easy target for any gankblade who can wait for your shields to go down. If you're alright with a little less damage but waaaay more survivability, crafty alfiq, 1pc trainee chest, gaze of sithis, 1pc domihaus, 5pc aetherial ascension has been masterclass for me. Almost 40k resistances at 51k max mag, 2.1k crit resistance, pretty decent recoveries. Using mainly dark conversion to get mag back up. No blocking needed or allowed on this build. If you run disease enchant, use wield soul with major defile instead of breach, you can have both. absorb stam enchant backbar ice staff will proc sundered for minor breach. ele sus for major breach.
i'm glad you have a build that you enjoy, this is a different build tho. please keep in mind that there are plenty of ways to play a class. this is just one of them. that's all.

So from running a build like this but I was pushing 64k max magicka I ran bgs and cyrodil and IC mind you in bg I got 34 and 0 one match, I was able to use streak shield and frags in that order followed up with force pulse. I basically could not die and enough shields to survive most ganks. did I ever die? absolutely it's not the kinda build that saves you from stupid decisions like most DK builds or the immortal like build I faced in pvp running the arc meta setup no matter how I hit the guy his health would not move my beams did nuffin my languid eye Also ineffective.

markyn is fine, saint and seducer is fine, technically even sea serpent's if you can deal with the snare
