Impressed with his memory of all the names of the staff. That shows he respects his staff and that they’re individuals and valued employees. Saeed bin Suroor actually named by Arabian filly…albeit from a distance! My filly, now mare, is in Canada. His equine knowledge shines through in this and it was really interesting to watch. 👍🏻
