In there place, I like to recommend that you read books or listen to audiobooks and start a diary. Reading is educational and a diary is scientifically proven to to help improve memory, and improve the way you write. You should also be engaged in social activities. Studies suggest attending a place of worship in your community and interacting with parishioners every week is beneficial towards your sense of community, value, and your sociability in general. So it reiterate: read books, start a diary, and be a member of your community (preferably a church since there isn't many alternatives).
@AddieWalker-wb6lt I think you got me a little wrong, I mean the positive side of dark psychology not to be manipulative or those things, I mean to learn to identify when someone is being manipulative to you, identify traitors, fake people or when someone is jealous of you, that's also dark psychology, so when we say "dark" we mean something that not everyone can know or master, and mewing can help you have a better posture on your jaw wich also makes your appearence more powerful and helps to keep your tongue and teeth on the right position, hope that clarified if had misunderstood my comment, take care
