    Weird how the left hand floats mid-air instead of staying close to the keys

      probably from the habits playing the soprano clarinet (how the fingers make notes flat being close to the tone holes), but yeah since the bass clarinet doesn't have holes to cover. Also it could simply be body language to be expressive.
