We've have had trouble turning the speaker off and on. The first one was returned, the second one currently will not power on. It had been stuck on for a while, but is currently stuck off. Any idea how to troubleshoot?
Anyone figure a way to combat the bluetooth delay/start of music being cut off? Ion customer service hasn't answered this question for me. I teach dance and have a 5-yo Ion Job Rocker I love and keep replacing the battery - thought I'd upgrade, but this is super annoying!
Could Bluetooth function and Auxiliary function work parallel at the same time? For example I stream music from Bluetooth phone at the same time I input audio signal to aux , will speakers work like mixer karaoke? Thanks

I do not believe so, I have not tested or tried it
Just pull the volume knob straight off and then you can remove the rest of the protective plastic off the screen

I do not believe so, I haven't been able to get a microphone to work for it

Don’t waste your money on this. It has delays and the Bluetooth is a nightmare
My froze. I have to open it and remove the battery to get it to connect. Not worth it. Return!!

Not sure how it would sound over the phone but I can make a short clip later today
