Awesome video, this is what i miss about traditional watercolors versus doing things digitally, there is a certain technique to it. That journey to the end result is what I find fascinating, regardless of medium.
I trusted that this was going to turn out beautifully, because obviously you're very talented, but as a very non-talented artist, I had little doubts in my mind about how you were going to get to the end result! Yet you did it! As soon as the branches were drawn in, the whole picture came together for me. Now that is talent
Here in Michigan the cherry tree is the first fruit tree to flower in the spring. We are a couple months away but watching you paint this beautiful tree with the blue sky peeking through tugged at my heart. Now I am yearning for the trees to put on their spring leaves and for the cherry tree's to start to blossom. Thank you for the wonderful thoughts your painting inspired in me. 『Crying Water』 I’ve heard that for a better shadow effect, add blue instead of black. Not sure why but it appears to work rather well

こんにちは。私は物心がついた時から絵を描き始めて、キャラクターイラストなどを中心に描いていたため風景や背景を描くのが苦手なのです。
色んな参考書などを買ってみますが、どれもデッサンが出来て基本を押さえていないと分からないようなざっくりとした説明で、正直やってみようという気がしませんでした。
こちらの動画のサムネを一目見て「え?5分でこんなにきれいに描けるの?」と思って拝見させていただきましたが、やり方は幼い子供でもできるくらい適当で簡単なのに水彩らしい優しい仕上がりになっていて参考になりました。
何より「とにかく楽しく」という言葉を聞いて本当にその通りだな、と思いました…たまに心が折れそうなときはこの動画のことを思い出してまた頑張ろうと思います。
桜の花の色を一瞬で作れるのはキャリアと才能なんでしょうねぇ♪少し肌寒い春の1日を想い描けました!ありがとうございます。
