I also have Endo and believe me its something u dont even wish on your worst enemy and luckily for me 18yrs bac God blessed me with a daughter and have been struggling with infertility for almost 16yrs and will be 40 next year and this wed im going in for an Operation ya gone mo teng to remove cysts to try and ease the pain I have learnt to live with it, I have learnt to love myself and I know in am what I am and good enough for my destiny. .negativity will always be there but we just have to turn it into positivity.. you are a really humble soul, an open book and wish u all the best

I have Endometriosis too, diagnosed in 2017. I had cysts, fibroids, kissing ovaries, basicly my pelvis was busted. I broke down at the doctor's office when I was told. Two years on, my own relationship suffered because I couldnt conceive. I was cheated on, maybe because my partner didnt regard me as a whole woman. He cheated with women with kids. I went through hell. I am coming to accept my situation, and like you I believe I will be a mother. My partner's lack of support is even more disappointing because he is a doctor and ought to know better.
