This is an amazing video! Thank you! Well on my way to great conversion reporting. I'm one step away from what I need. How do I take what I've learned here and report (and show in a dashboard) how many leads were converted into won opportunities so that I can show MQL to Opp conversion rate?

Such a great video. How can I adapt the formula to show percentage of premium won versus percentage of premium close? I.E. a conversion % based on premium volume rather than record count.

Hi Dan thank you so much for this great video! I am now somewhat experienced with summary formulas. However, I just implemented a new field 'Type' on opportunities that has a dropdown of New Business and Existing Business. I am trying to calculate the % of new business. Is this possible in a summary formula considering I only see 'Type' on the formula fields available to use?

Hi Jennifer - Great question. As long as you have the values in your report grouped by this new Type field, then when you run the report it should show you the calculation. If you only want to see New Business in your report (hiding Existing Business), you could also add a filter to the report that only includes New Business records. I hope that helps but don't hesitate to send a note if you need additional assistance.

Hello! This report got me started on what I need - but I (and my tech team at my university) still can't get this quite right. We need to show lead conversion rate by individual recruiter. Create date isn't a good way for us to track b/c our leads are created each year (and not all close as we just move the term forward instead). We have leads in the prospect stage and the goal is to convert them to what we call an account (and it's an account with an opportunity). The recruiter does not manually convert the lead either - when a lead submits an application - they are automatically converted to an account w/an opp via the backend processes.

Hi Kylee - Great to hear that you started to use this functionality within your reports. As these calculations are based on whatever is used in your Groups, if you group by the field that holds the Individual Recruiter information, that should give you the information you are looking for. I hope that helps but don't hesitat to reach out if you run into any issues!
