i love this music, is very relaxing... one curious data, this piece of music was employed in a microbiological study at the university of Ahmedabad in 2014, to see how music influence the growth rate of different types of microorganism and it general influence. The result was positive!. Music influenced in the production of various types of secondary metabolites and increases too the sensivity to antibiotic so... perhaps it is healing music? ;)

KIRWANI, known as a Carnatic classical raag, was earlier not performed by Hindustani classical musicians before Pt. Ravishankarjee perfomed and popularized it. And now it's one of the favourite ones played by most of the instrumentalists among Hindustani classical musicians. This rendition is a wonderful reflection of the beauty of the RAAG KIRWANI played by one of the most outstanding sitarists ever!
