What I heard about him is different from what he’s, great personality and wisdom hope president appoint him in security sector so that he reform.
I might be wrong. I have seen that most people are failing to deliver because of bad system not necessarily they were stupid. Most smart people I know now had been working in government institutions had no good records because of the system
That's why I mind my business n leave my government to do their things in peace
