Wow I’ve never seen this episode and I gotta say the intro about all the people that lost their loved ones sent chills down my spine and the families back story is unreal. I hope this show comes back soon!
good to see fresh comments still. this show does need to come back & these scummy rich production companies need to find a way to help the families pay the mortgage and not go into foreclosure immediately

It broke my heart watching their father cry for his children. You could see his broken heart through his tears. My brother was killed in the Marines when he was 19. That was in 1972. My mom died in 2001, but she never got over losing my brother.

I love this television show but they need to stop building million dollar homes for people who can’t afford to fix the houses they have because the Government is going to raise their property taxes by 300% or 400% and those blood sucking leaches and maggots will be right there to steal the house and property………

To have to just pay property tax is a blessing.
Wondered though if they just accidentally left off a kid. They didn't mention a scholarship for their daughter (not granddaughter) who said she wants medical school.
Such a touching story. As a survivor of 10 yrs of DV and serial stalking I love to see these shows speak about it and honor these women. We carry so much pain even when we get through the storm. Condolences to all who have lost a loved one 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I have lost my Mom, Dad, Grandmother, and 1st love between 18-24. You never truly heal. This woman and family is so strong. Praying God has continued to cover them till this day and will continue to for many MANY more years 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💜💜💜

I lost my mum when I was 6 to cancer and now it's having the impact on me and it's horrible I miss her so much she means the world to me

Totally agree with you I am DV survivor not everyone survives so we speak out we need too i. I going back to nursing school to help others. I would not been able to do if was still in it .I lost two daughters at 3 months old stress led to her early birth I was in cult unfortunately so I stayed way to long with that person I don't call them man as they no man. I lost my other daughter due to epelpisy at 7 this year . But my other kids keep me going and going nursing school for others and my daughters who not hear. I took in my neice and two nephews due to abuse I adopted them. So I super mama

The amount of love, caring, doing good-deeds involved in these episodes fills me with joy and happiness. tears or no tears what the producers and participants in this program are doing is amazing. This is a painful segment. God bless the Jordan family.😢 Loosing two children both murdered. Mrs. Jordan is a very strong woman with alot of pain in her heart. The children are so beautiful. I pray for them. Mr Jordan shields his pain through his quietness. Lord give this family your comfort, peace and strength.

I only wish this AMAZING FANTASTIC team would come to the United Kingdom!my heart goes out to everyone on these true shows,but we have the same, smaller homes,that most of the kitchens fit our full home! We have out homes terraced,so no spaces In-between tiny gardens and violence!! I was a victim of domestic violence,I was stabbed 7 times whilst been 5 months pregnant! I've been shit,mode down by a speeding car! my x husband! Who I wish we had your laws!! He got in total 6years for everything he done!! Watching what these people go through inspires me tremendously! When my now severe mental health illness and anxiety levels are bad! May the gods and goddesses bless you all!! Jan x

Same here and I hope they are still living in this house today. Since this show has gone off the air, I have been hearing stories of families featured on this show who had to move out or sell the house they were given because they couldn’t afford to live in it.

I was watching another make over show& Extreme Makeover Home addition popped up I use watch it on tv was great show sad it ended ill watch it again now this family really went thru alot the mother has alot of courage I know the new homes cost owners more$ ins& taxes I Love the builders when they pay off mortuage

I lost my grandmama to dialysis when I was 14 yrs old it was two weeks before my 15th birthday and I lost my great grandpa when I was 15 yrs old to a fatal heart attack when he was on his way back home to Chicago soon as he stepped onto the grey hound bus that was when the fatal heart attack took him away from me and my family my great grandpa might have been old but he was young at heart this episode showed me how much I miss them both everyday when I wake up every morning

we were hit by a drunk driver when I was 13 and lost a classmate to one. sadly people just never learn
Totally in march I almost lost my life due to a drunk and drug up driver I broke my femur and eye socket because of the air bag ribs had clopassed lung the passenger in my car had broken bones too .he hit and run went into another and killed a 9 year old child and seriously injured a mother and a baby .so I know he in jail now where he belongs.
back in october, i had a seizure, it happened on the softball field, and i am happy it happened there, it could of happened while i was driving, luckily it didn't
I was moved to 😢 tears watching this story that was so long ago. I was wondering how are things going now? Did Monica become a lawyer? How are the children who should be grown by now?

I liked this show and loved what you did for deserving families. I am sorry that they lost 2 of their children. Their dad has suffered from the pain of losing his children just as much as his wife, daughter and grandchildren, but his feelings, courage and strength, the support he gives and the responsibilities he has taken, he has been given no credit for any of these things. Why?

Domestic violence is -not- something the direct victims or the perpetrators can change, one is barely surviving while the latter has been taught to hate on those they love - it is society that must alter the way they relate to victims and recognize: that how they have been behaving - supports the haters, not the abused. When we direct our votes and our daily interactions towards unequivocal support of the down trodden - only then will we see a society that values beauty & growth over dominance of others. That’s a true democracy.
