Amirta Murali's Concert for Naadha Inbam was truly a 'Naadha Inbam" to the listeners. Stream of Raagaas flowed gently one after the other from the Opening MMG thru a beautiful Kalyani, followed by a sweet Sri Ranjani, Devagaandhaari, a crisp Kaapi and an effervescent Kambodhi in detail . Her essay of Maayaa MaLava GowLa, then Neraval @ the phrase Shyama Krishna Soadhari in Kalyani and her Sri Ranjani Swara rendition were magnificent. And to cap them all, came the Brisk Swaraas in Kambodhi that were really quite stimulating indeed. Amirta always stays majestic & her Performances invariably stay Supreme. 🙏🙏Vidwan Sri RKS's Bowing always sound beautiful. I am Not competent to comment more; just sharing my delight with the artists of having listened to a glorious concert. ThanQ All the artists as well as the Organisers. 🙏🙏🙏

Neat sruti alignment, good kriti selections, excellent swaralaghus (particularly in sriranjani), good rAga sanchArams - - wow 👍 Starting with MMG (sri nAthAdhi guruguhO jayati) & following up with kalyANi (himAdri sutE, by syama sastry) sweet- sriranjani (sari evvarE srijAnaki, where the saint praise the greatness of thAyAr) dEvagAndhAri (ennEramum) kApi (vihAra mAnasa rAmE of swati tirunAL) & the main piece - kambhoji (evari mAta, where the saint pleads perumAL not to leave him) a harmonious hamirkalyAni (shAradE karunAnidE composed by Sri Chandrasekara bharati swamigal) a bhajan in khamAs, surutti (jalaja bandhu vumiga) a tiruppugazh kumaragurupara muruga saravana in behAg👏 The violin support by the senior vidwan Sri RKS goes without saying; excellent to the core 👏 The percussion support by vidwan arunprakash (mridangam) & vidwan guruprasad (ghatam)was nice 👏 Thanks to nada inbam for an evening well spent 🙏

Still, a Long way to go to appreciate the aesthetics & nuances of this complex, yet a great genre of music. A sublime MMG Sri Naathaadi Guruguho, melodious Kalyani, fantastic neraval in the Charanam. Superlative accompaniment on the Violin 🎻 by Vid. Shriram Kumar. Bhava and devotion brought out to the fullest through the elaborate neraval in all the three octaves. Followed by an effortless stream of swara prastharam. 3rd composition in Sree Ranjani.
Super concert by Amritha and team👏👏👏 Deavagandhari krithi very soulful. Kambodhi alapana and rendition of Evvari Mata outstanding👌 R K Sriramkumar sir beyond words🙏
Endowed with a good voice, sense of music and regard for the beautiful tradition of Carnatic classical music, Ms. Amrita Murali's contribution will always be remembered. I thank both Sri. Vasudevan Cv and Sri. Narasimhan Md for their informative posts. As someone who never had any formal training in Carnatic music, their information is most valuable.
Each and every item was presented with such ease and confidence, couldn't help but enjoy the entire concert. With accompaniment by such stalwarts, Amritha Murali couldn't but perform at such an exalted level. Even the mixup in the lyrics of Alarshara Paritaapam was retrieved so masterfully... What an amazing concert. Loved evry bit. But for me the icing on the cake was the khamas in the end. What an extraordinary rendition. God bless
