very severe snowstorm but the pilots managed to land and take off without problems. hats off to them. you managed to film this all. great! and you are very brave to do so.
Wow Casey firstly congratulations for braving those blizzard like conditions, secondly this has to be your best video(so far). I love snow and boy did it snow! The combination of snow, aircraft, de-icing and the snow clearence operations made this a very enjoyable video could you imagine this being a uk airport would be closed for hours!
Fantastic video there mate! Some great movements you got - even if they are just taxiing it looks superb with all the snow! Despite the cold i wish i would be in a similar situation once for planespotting :D LIKED!
Runway 15 has ILS so is used for landings in the low vis, whereas 33 doesn't so. Also there is steep terrain situated on the approach for 33 so take offs use 33 instead of 15, this is easily done when there is hardly any wind
