Key Tech! I love the tutorial! Is it at all possible you can create one for those old classic UK Hardcore leads you have done in your past work? Such as Extraordinary, etc.. Would really appreciate it if your still makin vids.
I’ve listened to your music so so much, and I’m so happy I found that you’ve actually made these tutorials. I was literally searching “how to make Technicore music” Hope you’ll upload more of these!
Brilliant video man. Be good to see you do one on breakdowns like pad sounds & atmosphere, maybe melody idea's, build ups & drops aswell. Hope to see something soon
Thank you for this great tutorial! I don`t have Sylenth, but i`m pretty shure that i can recreate those leads using Virus TI. Also such kind of lead is good for Euphoric Hardstyle.
I’m definitely a little late to the party on watching these videos, but dang! This is outstanding. Thank you so much for your generosity in sharing your knowledge!
Epic leads mate. I think a Sylenth1 Preset pack from you would be well worth investing in for new producers, (if you ever decide to make one)! Sound design is a bit advanced for me, but a great tutorial and watch none the less! Learnt a lot with the way you layer. I've never thought of adding a sub in there. Wow, that compressor is sick!
Hey Alfie, let's say our reverb plugin of choice does not have a built-in Low Cut/High Cut filter, and for this reason, we instead place the reverb on a Send return channel (so then we can use an EQ to Low/High cut the WET reverb signal only, as per the built-in filter in ArtsAcoustic Reverb does). How would you route your wet reverb (and EQ'd) Send signal BACK into your Lead Group channel and into the Multiband Compressor... I think we would essentially need to use 2 x Lead Group Channels, one Group Channel with all of your insert FX (except for your Reverb, which is on a Send), and then have your 2nd Group Channel with the Multiband Compressor & Post-EQ. Then simply route Group Channel 1 & Reverb Send directly into your Group Channel 2.... OR ... just use a Reverb with a built-in filter and avoid all of this haha.
Haha, if I'm being honest mate, I use artsacoustic reverb so that I don't need to worry or think about roundabout routing solutions, just frees up time to be spent better elsewhere :) but yeah that sounds about right, from reading it now and piecing it together (I'm not sat in front of Cubase right this minute)
Hey buddy, great second tutorial. The question I have is; when you have this with the drums and bass in the main part, do you keep the sub on the leads section? Looking forward to the next tutorial. I'd love to see how you layer your drums, i always struggle with breakdowns, and how you do your vocals?
Hey mate, the sub layer would only be in the mix in the breakdown sections. As soon as you introduce a bass with its own sub frequency content, you'd cut the melody sub as you wouldn't need it anymore (and the two subs would clash anyway!)
Would everyone agree that your layered main leads should all be bused to one bus, including the reverbs and delay? Or is it a big no bo using different reverbs and delays on each layer? Also would you send them individualy to a reverb and delay bus and not on the same bus/channel? Thanks
I've been trying for a few hours to figure out why I only have very soft sound when I have exactly the same settings on the first Sylenth. For me, the sound comes only when I turn up the key track button. But your key track button is at zero. Do you have an idea why this may be? Such a good tutorial with a professional monster reverb. Yes, thank you!
I had no idea there is so many hardcore producers around tgese days, great to see I havw subscribed & i will watch these vids a bit later Its a shame tbh, coz I find the hardcore scene in the UK full of hate, gangs and bullies Horeible scene nothing at all like it was in the 90s and early 2000s But even if i am unwelcome by the scene, to scared to go near the scene ever again Its the mueic i love so it's the music I make Id like a friend or 2 or enjoys tge music, wpuls be better of they wasnt active in the scene because its such a horrible scene Anyway, look forwards to the videos & anything that improves my work... Hope u keep uploading more video's and big thank u for sharing mate Daz x
Hi, I'm javi, makina music producer from Spain, could you explain to me how you do so that the leads don't cover the bass and at the same time they are heard loud and the bass too
After making huge lead like this which causes master almost to reach near 0.0 and almost clip, how do you add more track elements and keep the track balanced ? I think this might be problem to many :) Thank you for great tutorial !
I'd just turn the leads down and rebalance. I'm only mixing this loud because I didn't have any reference against anything else at the time I was working on the project. I mention near the end of the video that I'm dangerously near clipping which would need addressing later on.
I definitely want to make more of these, I have a whole lot of ideas of different topics to cover - but I made these two tutorials at a quiet spell in my life. Juggling parent life with very busy studio schedules and working on my own Technikore career leaves not a lot of time for putting tutorials together, these took a good three days of planning and editing each. At the moment I would always pick working on a new track over a tutorial. I do promise to do more when the time is right for me to do so!
@@Technikore Keep producing Technikore music m8 that's what matters the most. Your collab with Tweekacore is brilliant btw. And oh yeah if u could release that intro song you got on your tutorials... would be great !

best stuff on youtube. concise, articulate and easy to follow
Awesome tutorials! It would be great to see your approach to writing chords and melodies. Tips for arrangement would also be good, great work!

make a tutorial on how to get/makes leads like kyrrin routine
After making huge lead like this which causes master almost to reach near 0.0 and almost clip, how do you add more track elements and keep the track balanced ? I think this might be problem to many :) Thank you for great tutorial !
Just bring the volume down of your group to about -6db so you have room.
I'd just turn the leads down and rebalance. I'm only mixing this loud because I didn't have any reference against anything else at the time I was working on the project. I mention near the end of the video that I'm dangerously near clipping which would need addressing later on.
