Imagine if you gained perks during wars like a battlepass to use against the opposing gang or for a certain amount of time.. Like after each battle, the winners are granted perks like robbing bodies instantly, or Police radio jammer, or Grand prize of a total Gang Reset. or idk..

Seaside isn't as war ready as Hydra. Hydra has great tactics, communication and awareness. Not to mention good shooters, but that's not always a deciding factor.
