Notice the well casing that was accidentally drilled through the cave ears ago. These cave tours always try to tell people it takes millions of years to create stalagtites. But there are formations around the well pipe.
We must thank you for doing "whatever it takes" to show and share with us such beautiful places. Cavers is way to difficult to show on video, but you guys left on us a desire to visit such places. Keep on going, safe and enjoy.
Welcome to Springfield. Don’t forget to go to the Granddaddy of all outdoor stores. Bass Pro Shops, where it all started, as a stand alone store and Wonder of Wildlife.
Well done with some good shots. I went through theses caverns back in 2018 during our travels on R66. It certainly was very well done and we enjoyed it just as you did. Cheers Ian langley New Zealand
I cannot find Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium video you posted, you are now in my hometown where I spent the first 22 years of my life, I was born there in 1953 and left in 1975 for Oklahoma City, now you see my old stomping grounds. I wish I could visit just one more time.
Truly enjoyed your adventure as I grew up in Kansas city and made the cave tour when I was a kid. Do I see Kansas City on the 2021 bug haul? Safe travels!
If you haven't been to Virginia, you should check out Luray caverns and Shenandoah caverns. I also love caves, first cave visited as a child was Mammoth cave in Kentucky.
As Harold (ARW) & Steve Summers say,,,"Keep on Keeping On",,,this is awesome, and now to add to this place also to our Bucket List (@@),,Bear & Sammie,,,Our 65 CJ5 is cool,,but the Yellow pull tractor tops the list,,,thx for sharing.
That was Sofa King Cool....Really amazing in there.... imagine a person with claustrophobia ..screaming LOL .... Thats why she kept talking to keep their attention LOL.. T-Shirt Abby LOL..... Cheers Blessings....ps: Adam that was really cool!
Hey guys! Haven't talked to ya since you were in Colorado. Looks like you're doing good. Great weather for a road trip. We are heading back to Colorado again next month. Thanks for the videos! Take care and have fun!
Gotta go to Branson sometime ABOMB they have a KOA close to a lot of attractions. Also Branson is just a little over an hour away from White River State Park.
This Kiwi went through there in 05/06 - got accused of flirting with the tour lady ... don't think it's the same one as you had - thanks for the memories :)
Very cool! Here in Southern Arizona near me, we have Collosal Cave and Kartchner Caverns. Beautiful caves. Collosal I've been to 2 or 3 times and it's way bigger than the guided footpath tour shows you. They have an advanced exploring tour with actual rock climbing and harness action that goes into many deeper chambers. No way in hell I'd do that though. 😸 Then there's the Good Enough Mine tour in Tombstone which is cool. The original silver ore mine that was what made Tombstone into a town to begin with. "You go looking for silver out there, all you're gonna find is your own tombstone."
Hey Adam and Abby, I am so jealous of you guys, those caverns are amazing. I noticed the other day when you were at Riverside campground, Abby had on a cool Abom79 hat; where can I get one of those? "Very Cool" I hope you guys are enjoying life and having a fun time. Jim from Gainesville, Fl.
Love the Ozarks! My dad took me there once defiantly a memorable time. The temperature in the cave was perfect. Thanks for that memory. Also, watch out it's tick country.
The Fantastic Caverns tractor is what is known as a DOODLE BUG. It takes an automobile chassis and motor, shorten up the wheelbase. Next couple in two transmissions for low, low gearing. Double up the back wheels too. This was a poor farmer's tractor or just a fun ride.
The Jeep that was pulling you into the cave - what powered the engine? Natural Gas? Reason - a gasoline-powered vehicle puts out too much carbon monoxide for an enclosed space like that.
Welcome to Missouri!
Still have my group photo from my visit back in 1970. I was 11 years old at the time.
Notice the well casing that was accidentally drilled through the cave ears ago. These cave tours always try to tell people it takes millions of years to create stalagtites. But there are formations around the well pipe.
That was great guys, you did great with the filming in the cave, you could feel the atmosphere in there, well done 👏👏👏👏👍🍺🍺🥰🇬🇧

Great place .
I went a couple days ago but im wondering if the crystals/stones and everything they sell is real like is from the cave or if its all fake?
Such a big cave and dry. No little guys hanging from the ceiling?

How long does the drive through take?
Awesome video

And that CO will do also harm the cave itself, nice thing for the visitors that they drive you through but not for the cave and the stones in it.
PROPANE
@@mikerepmo good point
My luck a rock would fall on me.
Meramec cavern isn't to far from there. 👈🤓👈
👋👋👋👀🇺🇸
Remember Jurassic Park ? They went out on a Jeep tour.... Just saying!
Not sure why I was ducking....
so are they stalagMITES or stalagTITES???
Both actually.
From the UK I was always told to remember that mites go up and tights come down 😉
You could not drag me in there with a team of horses. Claustrophobia! Really can’t even watch this..
THE worst cavern in Missouri. Outside grounds are great but what a disappointment inside the caverns!
You're lame. The caverns are beautiful
Salt Peter = wet noodle
Interesting adventure, thanks.
