DJ VLOG #29: Martin & Wendy's Wedding at The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel (Asbury Park, NJ)

Snapchat Recap: On September 3rd 2016 we celebrated Martin & Wendy's wedding at The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel. The day began with a beautiful beach ceremony at First Avenue Beach. Despite the heavy gusts of wind, we had a beautiful ceremony with friends and family in the sand. Martin & Wendy met each other in Asbury Park. This is why they chose to have their wedding here.
Friends and family came to witness their marriage and take part in the celebration from all over the world. Some from Long Island, New York, and some from California and even London, England. After the ceremony, guests walked a few streets down to the cocktail hour at the Oceanfront Hotel.
After their grand introductions, the Best Man said a heart warming speech and asked for everyone to raise their glasses for a toast. We danced until dinner, again after dinner and then it was time to cut the cake for the first time as husband and wife.
The night ended with more dancing, focusing on 90's throwback hip-hop, pop, freestyle and disco music. These particular songs were favorites among the guests. We ended on a sky high note and allowed Martin & Wendy to dance to their wedding song one last time before the night came to a close.
Martin & Wendy: Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your very special day. Don't forget to tell Dad thank you again for bringing the generator for the ceremony. Everyone helped one another and showed an overwhelming amount of support for both of you. I wish you both an eternity of love, peace, happiness and continued success. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Calcagno!
