- Štrukle sa sirom spremam najčešće kada smo svi kod kuće jer su najukusnije dok su još tople. Od srca vam preporučujem da probate jer puter u ovom jelu ima poseban miris, ne pitajte zašto.
Jednostavno tako je ukusno i mirisno jelo da će vaš obrok sigurno biti uspješan. Probajte.
I kako sam naglasila u videu, ne preporučujem da puter zamijenite sa margarinom. Jednostavno to više nije to.
Koristila sam tepsiju 38x23 cm a štrukle se peku 25-30 min na 190 stepeni, zavisno od vaše rerne.
Sastojci:
Tijesto:
- 1/2 kg brašna
- 1 jaje
- 50 ml ulja
- 280 ml vode
- 1 čajna kašika soli
Nadjev:
- 1/2 KG MLADOG SIRA
- 2 JAJA
- SO PO UKUSU
- 100 GR PUTERA
- 200 ML VRHNJA ZA KUHANJE

It is simply such a tasty and fragrant dish that your meal will surely be a success. Try it.
And as I emphasized in the video, I do not recommend replacing butter with margarine. It's just not that anymore.
I used a 38x23 cm pan, and the štrukles are baked for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees, depending on your oven.
