motorhome repair - new roof hatch

We will be doing a few short videos on how to carry out repairs on the motorhome. We have a mobilvetta k yacht 85.
When you travel around in your motorhome quite a bit it is very handy to have some skill sets that enables you to fix the motorhome as you travel.
This week Dave is carrying out a replacement roof hatch in the shower. The original roof hatch was broken and when we removed the vent it was also showing signs of leaks. We also swapped the design for one that was easier to clean.
We hope you find this episode helpful if you need to either replace or reseal your roof vents on your motorhome.

Should have used butyl tape to seal roof vents,......... hope it'll be OK 💣

Unfortunately we have had to replace/reseal 2 others over the last few years and thankfully had no problems with any of them so 🤞
