    I should have followed your advice when I watched your video the first time. I ended up getting the amazon pole because I didn't feel like investing in the Xpole yet. Don't get me wrong it gets the job done for the different spin moves but now that I am in advance class the amazon pole ain't cutting it no more. The slippage is terrible and I don't have time to keep cleaning the pole and reapplying dry hand. I am going to gift myself an Xpole for my Bday next year. Should have just got it when I saw your video months ago.

      Don't feel bad think about it the other way say you ended up not liking pole dancing like you thought and you invested so much into a pole early on. It would have been a waste. Post the Amazon pole on Facebook market place. Someone purchased my pole off there It took a long time but that will help with money towards it

      X Pole has Klarna option to pay installments. 4 installments, or 6 installments, depending the area where you live. $50 flat rate shipping. If it’s 6 installments, there’s $12 fee added. So overall for 6 installments, including shipping and fee, becomes $191. If it’s 4 installments, there’s no $12 fee.

    I bought a pole dance bar from xpole, made of stainless steel and I slide a lot, even using products to fix. Where I live is very cold and I don’t know if this material doesn’t match the cold. Can you tell me if the steel is more slippery than the chrome?

    • @katelyn371
      @katelyn371 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Stainless steel poles are the most slippery of the different finishes. Also, poles arrive pretty slippery and need some breaking in. So yes, more slippery than chrome.

    I bought the Xpole Xpert chrome a few months ago. I find it so slippery! Is there a way to make it so it's not slippery anymore? I have tried dry hands and it makes it worse. I read that the chrome has some sort of finish on it that makes it slippery. I heard dish soap helps, which it does - but it's only good for 2 or 3 spins before I start to slip again. 😭 My pole sits in my basement, and it's pretty cold down there. I even have the pole warmer, which I use for at least an hour before I use it. It helps, but still slippery. Any advice? 😅

      So the pole grip I use is called spin it gripping solution on Amazon. It’s a spray, Absolutely my favorite it’s extremely tacky. Maybe that will help or I’m sure your know about itac also. Good grip but turn greasy for me may work for you tho. I’ve seen people say you can get sanding paper and sand the pole to give it the worn done feel. Would I personally recommend no just cause x poles are so expensive I can’t fathom me destructing it but I’ve heard it grips better

      @@Multifacetedty i´m shocked to read, that it is so slippery. But happy to see that your answering, because i really could need your advice. i got a x-Pole Xpert pro, the same ass you have but unfortunately instead of yours mine is made out of chrome. To make the pole fit i need another little Extension. I got one offered but its instead of my pole made out of stainless steel. Do you think despite it, i can take it and it would work on my pole? I mean..both is silver and its just the last 175mm. Will it be noticeable?

    My goodness!!!! YEARS ago...probably like 5 years ago I'd say...I got a REALLY NICE 45 mm brass xpole from xpole....but it does not fit to my apartment ceilings...so its sat behind my bedroom door now for YEARS😣😭 I was recently on the xpole website and they dont even have the wide selection of poles that they used to including brass...so idk what to do to even fix it...any ideas? Beyond having to shell out another $600+ on a GOOD sturdy pole?🤔

      Xpole has brass in both 40mm and 45mm. If your problem is that the curling is too high, you should be able to purchase an extension on the xpole website. If you Google “xpole height chart” it’ll tell you which extensions you should get

    • @Phoenixhunter157
      @Phoenixhunter157 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      If it’s an xpole, contact xpole through email or phone. They will tell you exactly what you need to do to make it fit. They will probably need ceiling measurements, they will need to know more about your pole, etc. even if you don’t have that information or know how to get it, they will even talk you through that. They will guide you. Don’t be afraid to contact them.they have great customer service ❤️❤️

      @Multifacetedty  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@plutolove2825 if you are referring to the x pole base off the model it should be a lock at the bottom that you can twist to make it go from static to spin. If the Amazon you will have to use the alley key that comes with it and insert it at the bottom to unlock to allow it to spin
      No i haven't tried the silicon i consider purchasing it but I didn't want my hands to get use to the grip and then use a chrome pole at a studio and struggle gripping. I'm sure you know already but get some dry hands or itac to help a bit

    • @Multifacetedty

      Tbh I'm not sure, I want to say yes cause I've seen plus size women pole dance but I'm not knowledgeable enough to tell you an correct answer. I would look into the x pole because between the two, x pole was just more sturdy overall. I think when you purchase them it may say the weight limit if not you probably can email them before purchase and ask
