It's great to see they found a way to expand the character to allow more freedom in interviews.
It’s all Titanic Sinclair’s idea to make Poppy weird, and the whole thing is just kind of a weird social experiment to get crazy reactions from people and stand out from the crowd.

She's just slowly getting rid of the character. I can tell. The music is getting more detailed with each new release, and less art pop. This project can't go on forever and she is probably getting bored of doing it. She just wants to do some cool music of her own and something that is more personal and real. She just has to do it slowly to keep her fan base.

Max Maroll - She's basically a doll. Titanic Sinclair dresses her up and tells her what to say just like he did with Mars Argo until he got sick of her and used Poppy instead. The entire thing is messed up. That girl needs to get away from him and that probably won't happen while she's getting so much attention.

Poppy's entire career is a collective piece of art. She's acting more normal, because its a reflection of her music. In the narrative she created, she went from a "pop" singer, held down by music executives, to a girl who is rebelling and finding her authentic self. Poppy grew up with metal music; it's who she really is. The pop music represented something inauthentic and manufactured, whereas the new era is wildly original.
I LOVE Poppy and I'm a 46 year old classic rock/jam band/metal guy. I love that there is something different and unique there. Nothing boring about Poppy. I love that she is out there.

I think she’s talking in a more natural way because many interviewers don’t understand and think it’s dumb the way she speaks. I could be completely wrong but it could just be to have a more easy and understandable interview
