Buy well known companies undervalued low p/e ratio less than 15 for bank or finance or public utilities price less than book value for pharma consumer goods Price to sales ratio less than 2.5, and total debt of company less than 40 percentage of reserve and surplus of company, High dividend yield or return or equity more than 10 percentage or both
