Sigmund Freud wrote “Moses and Monotheism” . He suggests a connection the Judaism & The religion of Aten by way of Akhenaten. There appears to be refusal to investigate this linkage as a source for Abrahamic religion. I wish you success in your endeavors!

Or … Jews are descendants of the Hyksos Egyptians, and their scripture is taken directly from their Egyptian roots which includes Akhenaten (the Son/Adam/Aaron), his brother Thutmoses (Moses), his sister wife Nefertiti (Eve/the Holy Spirit), and his father Amenhotep III (the Father/Aten in the flesh). Akhenaten and Nefertiti lived in their Garden of Aten (Armana), after all, and were thrown out by the Father (Amenhotep III). The Hyksos leaving Lower Egypt after they lost their war against Upper Egypt saw them settle in Jerusalem, a migration of 600,000 people (the Exodus). The only problem is that the Bible has the events occurring out of order as the Exodus happened around 1580 BCE, while Genesis happened around 1300 BCE. As such, the books of the Old Testament (the Hebrew Bible) are about the Hyksos entering and leaving Egypt, then returning to Egypt, marrying into the line of Pharohs, eventually leading to Amenhotep III, Amenhotep IV (Akhenaten), and the spread of monotheism.

Dr. Dennis R. MacDonald uses what he refers to as “Mimesis Criticism” to discover connections between the Homeric Epics and the New Testament Gospels. It appears the Greek borrowed from everywhere to build their own epic of a deified savior/Demigod, Jesus.

His religion didn't last more than 15 years, and if I remember right it was closer to 10. I believe it was King Tut that followed him but whoever it was, he immediately returned the kingdom to its old ways. The religion he started up didn't have any staying power and little influence. Now if the Hebrews were in Egypt at the time and and if they latched onto this, it is then likely that they did so because they already possessed a monotheistic religious identity.

The creator warned mankind to not establish any kind of religion.
He then sent His Son, who taught mankind to come out of their delusions (since He took issue with religiosity).
This means every religion, including atheism - which seeks to establish man as god, is the manifestation of delusion that seeks to justify wicked behaviour.
You are free to believe whatever you want to believe - but make no mistake: the truth is the truth regardless of your sentiments.

Hey Clark, I too value the last 9 words of your text. What proceeded it only reflects the bias of one claim. Consider that the christian variety of Abraham's deity has 40k+ variations. Each claim they have the true interpretation. The three major sects , Jewish, Christian, and Islamic mutually condemn the other as false, and their adherents condemned eternally. Mr. Abraham Lincoln spoke about truth claims without knowledge (justified true belief). He called them liars.

    • @Bless-the-Name

      @@c.guydubois8270 I understand.
It is fair to ask the simple question, "How can all the denominations be correct when they all claim to know the truth?"
The simple answer is, it's highly unlikely that any are correct - since they all hold to one doctrine or another that was established by the paganised church.
The fact of the matter is: scripture has duality which allows people to establish their own interpretation as doctrine - thus: create a religion or denomination they will defend ardently.
The question you may be wondering is: is there a way to navigate the scripture to avoid a state of delusion.
      Yes.
This involves securing an understanding of the unutterable, ineffable, Name of the Most High.
When I say unutterable - I don't mean forbidden to speak it. I mean it cannot be made audible.
I will spare you the detail - suffice to say it is possible to recognise a faith that does not preclude any kind of religion thus avoid a state of delusion.
Who has authority in this world?
I recognise the Most High gave Yahshua all authority - and He has asked us to love one another as He also loved us.
There is no religion required to achieve this simple task.
Therefore, I consider myself as one who lives by faith (not religion).
... and I'm happy to let others find their own way - as I found mine.

Who have eyes to see, let them see. Who has ears to hear, let them hear. Who has a brain to think, let them think intelligently.
This Psalm is a direct plagiarisation of an original text which predates it by many thousands of years. Take note though that Akhenaten was denounced by the original Kemetic priesthood and ordered to be wiped from history for bringing monotheism to his people by denouncing all the Neteru (Gods) that were honoured for over 80,000 years in favour of only one. He is only acknowledged by Christianity because it was from him that they copied the one God theory. How can we ever only honour the sun but not the earth, water and air when all things in the material existence depends upon each of them to live? That is mental illness. Likewise anyone believing that a newly copied text is more original and authentic than its oldest copy is guilty of mental illness.

    • @mysticakhenaton1701

that ATON/symbol that Akhenaton was using. was NOT, I repeat, NOT the SUN. that ATON/symbol was, is, a PHOTON. OVER 3,000 Akhenaton was trying to let us know God was LIGHT. a photon, is a highly intelligent, loving, LIGHT particle. and, a Photon is a creator particle as-well. if you notice, looking at that ATON/symbol. LIGHT waves are coming down, hitting Akhenaton directly in his pineal gland/3rd EYE. showing us, that his pineal gland was open, and the photon in his 3rd EYE was ONE, with the BIGGER photon we call God.

i mean you seem to have a problem in the timeline. The hymn to the Atan is written 800 years before you say Psalm 104 is and no one would have known of it in Babylon at that time (or even in Egypt likely). so we need either the hymn of the atan to have somehow entered Hebrew thought during the brief time line of Atanism and then evolved over hundreds of years to the form we see in Psalms 104 (which is clearly not copied from it) or some common tradition that had been sustained in Hebrew thought before being written down. Or the similarities are coincidences caused by a common goal and common ideas.

    • @jhmoxl
      @jhmoxl 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@Sao Ham So what relationship do you think there was between the Hymn of the Atan from a religion that died before the bronze age collapse and written by a man whose own country tried to erase all memory of him and Psalm 104 written by Jews presumably during the Babylonian captivity?

  • @tonyt5609
    @tonyt5609 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

There's no indication that psalm 104 was written by David. Actually most of those details are suggested when its in the header. There's a good possibility another person wrote the psalm and yes maybe revised it. Your talking about the Hebrews who have what a 200 plus year history in captivity in Egypt, not truly 400. But still well before that Yoseph was in Egypt, not to mention the mingled history between Hebrews, Egyptian, and Africans. The foundation of the faith started in the region and its no surprise to see borrowed text.

If one has eyes to see and ears to hear, all of this ancient wisdom becomes very beautiful, meaningful.

In other words. If one just believes that YHWH is the name of God, that is what you get. If you follow it back, unlearn ones current paradigm, see and hear with the same paradigm of the ancients. Kapow! Get ready to find meaning in the metaphors. Firstly: Doubt is a necessity for learning. Here is a appropriate metaphor from the Greeks. (I prefer the older materials) Pandora's box: it is not the evils released from the jar that plaque man kind. It is the hope that remains inside. This is ancient wisdom, taught through metaphor. It is plain to see and here.

    The Aten.

In Egypt his name is Ra Heru Khuti/Ra Horakhty..
The Great Hymn to the Aten
    Translated by John A. Wilson
Praise of Re Har-akhti,( Ra Heru Khuti ) Rejoicing on the Horizon, in His Name as Shu Who Is in the Aton-disc, living forever and ever; the living great Aton who is in jubilee, lord of all that the Aton encircles, lord of heaven, lord of earth, lord of the House of Aton in Akhet-Aton; (and praise of) the King of Upper and Lower Egypt, who lives on truth, the Lord of the Two Lands: Nefer-kheperu-Re Wa-en-Re; the Son of Re, who lives on truth, the Lord of Diadems: Akh-en-Aton, long in his lifetime; (and praise of) the Chief Wife of the King, his beloved, the Lady of the Two Lands: Nefer-neferu-Aton Nefert-iti, living, healthy, and youthful forever and ever; (by) the Fan-Bearer on the Right Hand of the King ... Eye.
Ra Hoor Khuit to Aleister Crowley and Thelema. This is the God of Hollywood.
This is magic and sorcery. This is the secret.
The Aten is not the Sun 🌞
In the Pert Em Heru/Book of the Dead, Ra says: I am Ra who are Heru Khuti ( Mars )
Hence his name is Ra Heru Khuti/Ra Hoor Khuit to Aleister Crowley and Thelema.
Have you ever questioned why ALL the Sun symbols on the walls and temples of Kemet/Egypt are ALL RED and not 🌞?
It's Mars and not the Sun.
In the story of Ra and Auset, Ra revealed his secret name as this:
    1) I am Khepera
    2) I am Ra ( Ra Heru Khuti/Ra Hoor Khuit )
    3) I am Ra Atum/Tem

    1) I am Khepera
A Hymn Of Praise To Ra When He Riseth In The Eastern Part Of Heaven
Those who are in his following rejoice, and the Osiris, the scribe Ani, whose word is truth, saith:- Hail, thou Disk, thou lord of rays, who risest on the horizon day by day. Shine thou with thy beams of light upon the face of the Osiris Ani, whose word is truth, for he singeth hymns of praise to thee at dawn, and he maketh thee to sit at eventide [with words of adoration]. May the soul of the Osiris Ani, whose word is truth, come forth with thee into heaven! May he set out with thee in the Matet Boat [in the morning], may he come into port in the Sektet Boat [in the evening], and may he cleave his path among the stars of heaven which never rest.
The Osiris Ani, whose word is truth, being at peace [with his god], maketh adoration to his Lord, the Lord of Eternity, and saith:- Homage to thee, O Heru-khuti, who art the god Khepera, the self-created. When thou risest on the horizon and sheddest thy beams of light upon the Lands of the South and of the North, thou art beautiful, yea beautiful, and all the gods rejoice when they behold thee, the king of heaven.
    2) I am Ra

@yashara Dream Stele, that can still today be found between the paws of the great Sphinx at Giza. In Tuthmosis IV's "Dream Stele", he tells us that, while out on a hunting trip, he fell asleep in the shadow of the Sphinx (or apparently, the shadow of the Sphinx's head, for the monument was apparently buried in sand at the time). In the young prince's sleep, Re-Harakhte ( ATEN ), the sun god embodied in the Sphinx, came to him in a dream and promised that if he would clear away the sand that engulfed the monument, Tuthmosis would become king of Egypt.
It was noon time the sun was strong so the prince chose to lie down in the shadow of the sphinx. As he was sleeping he heard the Sphinx speak with his own mouth saying :
I am your father, Horemakhet-Khepri-Ra-Atum. 👈 ( The Aten and the secret name of Ra) I shall give to you the kingship (upon the land before the living)...(Behold, my condition is like one in illness), all (my limbs being ruined). The sand of the desert, upon which I used to be, (now) confronts me; and it is in order to cause that you do what is in my heart that I have waited

I believe Moses out of his contrary position to the current Pharaohs rule he may have been drawn and influenced by the monotheist belief in Aten. Also that it is likely that this monotheist sun worship goes much further back and Akhenaten was just reviving it. And not only that, if there were "humans" who live on other planets, I submit the high probability that they also would worship the Sun.

All Akenaten did was remove the other gods and raise up Aten. The sun was always prominent in Egyptian religious beliefs. The worship of Aten alone only lasted from 10-15 years. It was very short lived and appears to have been forced on a people where it never really took root. The following pharoh immediately brought back the old gods.

@@blusheep2 It's not the Sun worship but more the monotheism. No doubt the Sun worship goes fare back deep into the predynastic. Akhenaten's was unique in it's simplicity. I personally believe Akhenaten did attempt to rebirth a predynastic belief. Also the time frame only needs to be long enough for Moses to have had contact with it, either directly or indirectly.

@@manlyphal959 No I get that. If I had a greater point, it would be that Akenaten's attempt at monotheism only lasted 10-15 years and it doesn't appear that anyone in Egypt took it seriously as they returned to the old gods as soon as he croaked.
I take the late view of the Exodus putting the Exodus around 1265 BC. If I'm right, then Moses was removed from this 10-15 year attempt at monotheism by 75ish years. Moses wouldn't have likely had much contact, if any, with Akenaten's religion.
I think that this is just trying to force a religious evolutionary paradigm on the Hebrew religion. Who knows, but I think it would be wrong to make the assumption without more to go on.

@@blusheep2 I disagree with the level of effect those event had on Egypt. I would argue that Akhentan sent huge shockwaves in time and into surrounding empires. Also that there would be priests of Aten still in effect for centuries. Either way, Moses was Egyptian and no doubt had the fullest education one could have from the highest priests, Aten or other.

@@manlyphal959 Where is the evidence for that? From everything I've researched the Aten cult was very short lived and Egypt returned to its pantheon immediately after the Pharaoh's death.
The point still remains. The narrative is forced into the Biblical story which predates the Aten cult. This is evidenced by the cultural relevance of the creation and Abrahamic stories being tied to Mesopotamian histories and culture that don't exist in Egypt and are rooted hundreds of miles away.
So, correlation doesn't equal causation. Where is the evidence that the Hebrews stole the idea from Akenaten, as opposed to it being another monotheistic tradition.
Those that don't accept that the Hebrews were ever in Egypt and that the Torah was actually written and the culture created while in Babylon will say YHWH is from Zorastrian descent. Again, no reason to believe so other then the monotheistic similarities. It forcing a connection when there isn't any real evidence to suggest that is where the story came from.

I’m mean really now I wouldn’t be shocked if there was a link for if the abrahamic teachings are the right and true religions then we know there where many teachers and prophets sent by god who knows maybe we don’t have records of it but maybe the pharaoh was a teacher and sense we know what happen after his death the most Egyptians still believed in the old gods and let’s say after his death broke stuff

I don't think there is much doubt that the Bible borrowed from Egyptian poems/songs. There are a couple of Psalms that do this. I think calling it "plagiarism" paints a negative light where there needs not be any.
What you have is a polemic. A rewriting of a poem, song, or story, to match their version of truth. For instance, the Quran teaches that Jesus only appeared to be crucified but he really escaped. This is a polemic against the Christians in his day. Hes not plagiarizing the story of Jesus.
In modern times we see this type of adaptation in more comedic ways with Weird Al, and in more spiritual ways when Christians change the words of "Hallelujah" into more Christian language.
The other thing to consider about the worship of Aten was that it only lasted for about 10 years. Maybe 15 years max. It came and went. The day that Akenaten died, King Tut(I think it was) immediately returned the kingdom to the old ways. It had no staying power and little influence on the culture at large. So, if the Hebrews latched onto it, it is more likely because they already had a monotheistic tradition.
