When I was young I was afraid to sing in front of my dad (because he's a professional singer) & I'd be afraid to be judged by him 😅 I could sing in front of other people without any issue
The day I sang in front of my dad, made me even less afraid to sing in front of anybody.. No matter how many people.
Singing live on a stage is the best feeling ever! It's nothing to be afraid of. It's so beautiful to share what you love with other people ☺

I loved singing, like I can live on streets if that what it takes to become a singer but when I opened up about it ppl threw those ideas and stuff before even listening and gave books to study. My parents also said it's good as a hobby and if I want o do it as a carrier I can go and support myself and they won't help me :*( I broke but now I am getting my pieces back. You are awesome and helping me a lot.
English is not my first language so pardon me.

You are capable of more that you know. I believe that you can do it if you are willing to try. So start very small by taking an online class and just try. Our vocal coach, Mark de Villiers, is very helpful and understanding. His website is www.markantoniodevilliers.com
I was terrified for years and I got over it completely. So can YOU!

When I was a kid I sing all the time, in front of my family, I made little "shows" in the garage or whatever, but then I grow up and turn so afraid of singing in front of others, now I feel so sad about it, cause I feel so old, it like "I passed the time" "I lost the chance" and I'll never gonna make it, it seems that I'm not capable to turn a singer anymore.

@@wendyalane1 oh well thanks, cause I have been at it. Just auditioned for the voice. Contemporary Pop/Soul style singers like me radio execs don't care for unless you emo and whisper sing like Bill Ellish unfortunately. Which is why my radio stays off lol.
