I love that little whimper Nat makes at the end of her convo with Olivia, when Olivia is twisting everything Nat says...she can express so much just with the most subtle of facial expressions or body language...I heart Jessica Leccia!!!
I loved this episode! Olivia was egging the ladies on, but it was an excuse for her to say what she really feels. Natalia is freaking because she does feel something for Liv, and I think she senses Liv's feelings and that scares her. But also doubt that she is right, so when Liv says what she says it forces Natalia to look at her own feelings. Olivia is so vunerable at the end of their fight, you could tell she just wanted Natalia to hold her. These two have phenomenal chemistry. Thanks!
Poor Natalia, she is so confused about her feelings for Olivia, and I know she feels something. Her beliefs are her beliefs, and I understand that, but Otalia have such a connection. And Olivia just seems to fall for her more and more each day! This is such good soap opera, I didn't think GL could do stories like this anymore.
I agree with you here. There is a difference between 2 mommies and lesbian couple. Before Liv kissed Nat, they were just 2 mommies, but now at least Liv is handling the situation with plenty of romantic angst. Liv is pushing for that line between 2 mommies and coupledom to be crossed. Each episode Liv is pushing the issue more aggressively than the last. Liv told Frank she believes Nat has to be challenged and pushed to reach her full potential.
the best lines: "what did i say?" ----"i thought you believe in this, in Emma you and me as a family" and i love when nat suspiring before she left the room!! god i love this woman!!
Nat's lack of words at the end of their fight, to me, said a lot. She was being confronted by the reality of their feelings. Seeing Olivia's raw feelings at the surface and not being able to deny or admit how she feels in return. Wow!
God I love Olivia u know Crystal should get an award for this scene. Better yet both Jessica and Crystal should get an award for an amazing show they put on as Natalia and Olivia.
I love the start of the second scene when the woman are alking away and Oliva has more to say...and she yells "Hey" and they turn around and she continues to unload...and I think it was LOL funny at the end when Natalia walks away and Olivia says "What did I say???"....Olivia, what didnt you say!
This is why GL is the master of soaps. This is why the first soap ever made will always set the standard. Because they WROTE THE BOOK on the soap format. I'll never tire of this show - it'll always manage to surprise me.
Oh and another thing, there is an intimacy when Olivia says, "You seem very interested in my family." there is a possessiveness/protective quality there. Liv is falling deeper by the moment, because Natalia's goodness, which used to bug her, has really hit her how happy it is made Emma and herself. Natalia knew all of Olivia, and Olivia wasn't trying to be something she isn't with Natalia. Liv knows that Natalia accepts her for her. To Olivia this relationship is precious. So easy to see.
I agree. It had to be so hard for Olivia to confess her feelings after this, because Nat seemed so against it!! It did take a lot of courage for Liv ~~ she truly loves Nat.
Thank you. I'm recent convert to the Otalia train and GL in general, but Liv seems like a act first think later kind of person. The kiss and te storming into Doris' office not thinking about how her outburst would seek to solidify Doris' assumption even more being perfect examples. While Natalia is more of a contemplative and precise. It's the classic bad boy/good girl storyline, but with a lesbian twist.
Natalia's frustrated little noise at 4:27 makes me wonder what she's really thinking inside. Too bad we only get to see another "omg, I have to go be straight right now!" departure.
Dam! Olivia rocks! Loved her attitude and sarcasm against those 2 ladies. They deserved it though. Lol, Nat looked like she was trying to catch Olivia at the beginning there cause she knew she wasn't finished with them. "Since you were up there whispering behind our backs!" Awesome!
You are the only commenter I agree with. Olivia did all that ranting and raving but never asked Natalia if it was okay to bring her in on this whole lesbian lie crap. That's not fair to Natlia at all. I think it's okay for Olivia to get on her gay rights soap box to prove a point, but I also think it's selfish of Olivia to assume Natalia wants to be or should be a part of it.
Nat's look on her face when Olivia is complimenting her I think made Nat realize the effect Olivia has on her. Especially when she calls her a hottie. Oliva looks back at her right then and Nat couldn't make eye contact from there on. Its like she didn't want Olivia to see her real reaction to that.
I love this scene. Olivia terminates the two women at the table. But more than that is her superior acting, which seems to leave the other two actresses to raise their game. And since they don't, they're terminated to the second power!!! MO
Yeah, it's funny that they are all but invisible in this scene. Olivia may as well have been confronting 2 mannequins or a couple of houseplants! LOL They are so irrelevant. CC owned them.
I'm completely on Natalia's side in this argument. Olivia's outburst was not necessary. Liv needs to learn to pick and choose her battles. If she really wants to be a part of family with Natalia, she can't act unilaterally all the time. I respect Natalia for not losing her temper with Liv at Towers and waiting until they got home.
So do I. I was just commenting on how important it is for partners to not undermine or contradict each other in front of others, and esp. in front of their own children, and I commended Natalia for doing so and waiting to challenge Olivia privately, even though she was dying of embarrassment at Olivia causing a scene.
Remember that Natalia cooked Chicken & Rice for The Chows when they came for Dinner at The Farmhouse. That also was an important scene in their blossoming love for each other.
omg I love this clip and the honey part was priceless lol i'm so trying to laugh quietly so I don't wake up my whole family since it's 2:13 in the morning
I don't think they are living in the stone age...(the writers) they're absolutely addressing issues that lots of people face, particularly in small towns. I know I face discrimination - sure its subtle but its still there.
Maybe because she had the most "amicable" relationship out of all of her ex-husbands. Also, because Bill knows all to well about "failed" relationships and wanting what you can't "have" what with his problems with Lizzie.
Actually I think Natalia only brought Emma to Jane so that she could bring Emma to her babysitters. But i did notice right away that Natalia put her arm around Olivia as well. It was like a reflex! They are perfect together, they compliment each other so well!
I think I would have walked away from the those women only 'cause I do not like to have such attention thrown my way...but I do understands Olivia's reasoning and she is so head over heels for Nat it is amazing...I might have said something but not to that extent. There is nothing wrong with two mommies or two daddies...has anyone else ever realized how loved a child is in a gay relationship...they have to fight harder to prove to people that they are just like every other couple in love.
"She makes a mean chicken and rice" (said with complete matter-of-factness) "...and her lasagna is to die for" --I'm sorry, I'm never the one to make these comments, but Crystal put the dirtiest spin on that line! I am blushing!
I love this -- such a COUPLE. Liv is such a cute butch here -- and Nat going along with it, cuz it's true!!! I love to hear her say, "Hey honey, this is so and so.." "And let's face it, she's a hottie."
The Lady with The Black & White Top was Doris's Co-Counsel when Phillip was on Trial and Emma was asked to Testify. There was a similar storyline on The UK Soap Emmerdale where Charity who Co-Owns the Woolpack (A Pub/Restaurant) has words with a Client who upsets her "She's My Girlfriend But We Don't Acknowledge It". If you guys can check out Charity & Vanessa they're great!
This is the Second Time that Natalia is in "Denial". First with Miss Jennings and now with The Two Ladies. If anything it reminds me of that old saying "Me Thinks The Lady Doth Protest Too Much".
ZoomZoom1010 you are right olivia got her there and also got her around 4:25 on natalias reaction is priceless shes in a corner trying to figure out what she wants and cant respond after watching all this time just now catching it!!!
Well that was fun... what I say? lol. She's a hottie HA. She so believes that. And she is so protective of her and Nat's "friendship" she's holding onto her so damn tight.
well, this is by far, one of my fav vid's. I live Olivia's attitude and the way she makes those women feel haha. Especially when she called nat a Hottie, lol's...the look on nat's face was too funny. They so acted like a normal lez couple...woohooo
I've always loved this scene, but I have found a new reason today. Just like when Natalia defended Olivia to Rick saying Olivia would be okay b/c of their faith in Gus/Alan's visions, it didn't matter that Olivia didn't share the same belief, she didn't contradict Natalia in front of Rick. Nor does Nat try to contradict Olivia in front of these two women!!!! Good times!!!
Oh, good catch! It's really important, esp. when raising a child, that one partner/parent doesn't contradict or undermine the other parent in front of the child/other people. Natalia was so embarrassed by the big scene Olivia was causing, but she stayed by Olivia's side through the whole thing and didn't confront Olivia about it until they were alone.
Hmm, I keep wondering, why did Natalia come back in the first place, wasn't she supposed to take Emma to the babysitter? And did you notice her putting her arm around Liv's waist the second she called her "honey" and pulled her close?
I agree; Olivia hardly speaks to Bill...I don't know why she would reveal whatever feelings she has to him of all people!? I'll take this spoiler with a grain of salt, but I do see her eventually moving out...too much tension is building between her and Natalia.
Honestly, I've never watched GL before last month. It's just very hard to get interested in soap characters when you don't really know the back story so I'd prefer to just watch on their days. Thanks BTW for your Otalia videos, because now I'm all in. Speaking of backstory, Can someone explain Gus and Nat's story? He's been sainted but from a snippets I've read, he seems like a douche. He got Nat pregnant when she was a teenager and abandoned her?
Another thing, having two mommies and being a lesbian couple are two very different things. I believe Natalia clearly agrees with being a mother who is raising a child with another mother but does she does not even identify with being gay. While Olivia is using their combined meaning as an opportunity to advocate for gay rights at Natalia's expense. Bad move.
I could eat this episode up with a spoon! Olivia had a look of utter sincerity when she say's she's never been happier. Aww!
Gosh this is decade and im stil here keep going back... Olivia fighting her tears..
I love that little whimper Nat makes at the end of her convo with Olivia, when Olivia is twisting everything Nat says...she can express so much just with the most subtle of facial expressions or body language...I heart Jessica Leccia!!!

I LOVE BEING ABLE TO REWATCH THESE VIDEOS ON YOU TUBE. THANK YOU TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT PUT THESE VIDEOS TOGETHER. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT.

This comment killed me because of the emoji. 👩👩👧

So good acting !! It’s so real 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Oh Lord Jesus save the soul who picks a fight with Olivia Spencer. You have more of a shot of victory against a T-Rex.
Nat's face when Liv said "she a hottie" lmao
Olivia is the best hahaha I love her so much XDDDD
Aurore 0 heartbreakingly beautiful
i love it how olivia says "my family". she´s very proud of it...

@ 1:41 "Let's face it she's a hottie" lol I love her jajajajajajjajaaj CC is the bomb...
“You seem very interested in my family” love protective Olivia.
Then the sultry, “let’s face it, she’s a hottie” damn CC is hot.
This is the old Olivia. Love this side of her.
ROFLMAO -- yes, CC could read anything and I would fall off my chair and drool... or, just LOOK at me like she does. LOL! You're so right!!
omg I love this clip and the honey part was priceless lol i'm so trying to laugh quietly so I don't wake up my whole family since it's 2:13 in the morning
Notice how Nat puts her hand around Olivias waist?? OOh Natalia you were all up for it too!
I don't think they are living in the stone age...(the writers) they're absolutely addressing issues that lots of people face, particularly in small towns. I know I face discrimination - sure its subtle but its still there.
Obviously, they changed their mind or forgot to tell CC this wasn't a gay love story because she is clearly playing it like coupledom is the end game.
LOL !!! I nearly fell off my chair !!! LOL again !!! God Bless their souls whoever they are...
"well that was fun - what did i say?" haha
Maybe because she had the most "amicable" relationship out of all of her ex-husbands. Also, because Bill knows all to well about "failed" relationships and wanting what you can't "have" what with his problems with Lizzie.
I've laughed a lot with Olivia's speech!!!
Olivia you got that right "She's a hottie"
liv "see i thought that you believed in us, that you believed in this family in you and me and emma" touché! you win liv
Actually I think Natalia only brought Emma to Jane so that she could bring Emma to her babysitters. But i did notice right away that Natalia put her arm around Olivia as well. It was like a reflex! They are perfect together, they compliment each other so well!

"...and her lasagna is to die for" --I'm sorry, I'm never the one to make these comments, but Crystal put the dirtiest spin on that line! I am blushing!
Wouldn't it have been so funny if Olivia said "She's smart, She's A Hottie, and guess what, She's All "Mine!"
I love this -- such a COUPLE. Liv is such a cute butch here -- and Nat going along with it, cuz it's true!!! I love to hear her say, "Hey honey, this is so and so.." "And let's face it, she's a hottie."
I don't know how I missed that lettuce considering the number of times I've watched these clips. Thank for the laugh!
Also, she puts her arm around Olivia's waist w/o hesitation and keeps it there!!!!
= )
I love all of your posts of Liv & Natalia, their my favorite actors on the show.
This is absolutely one of my fave scenes....its all so sexy and it so shows that liv is like you know what im not gonna even hide anymore...
this is my fav. episode so far
does anyone notice nat doesnt move her arm from around liv
grandmmm she’s scared she’s gonna collapses
I LOVE Nat's face when Olivia calls her a hottie lol

Correction: C.C. looks AMAZING in a pair of jeans. *sigh* And pretty much everything else.
ZoomZoom1010 you are right olivia got her there and also got her around 4:25 on natalias reaction is priceless shes in a corner trying to figure out what she wants and cant respond after watching all this time just now catching it!!!
Luv this! heh Beauty and da Badass. (appropiate nickname for them I think)
Well that was fun... what I say? lol. She's a hottie HA. She so believes that. And she is so protective of her and Nat's "friendship" she's holding onto her so damn tight.
I think i'm in love with emma!!! she's awesome!
It makes me shiver every time i watch this.
HOTNESS GALORE!!!
I love Olivia's hair.
well, this is by far, one of my fav vid's. I live Olivia's attitude and the way she makes those women feel haha. Especially when she called nat a Hottie, lol's...the look on nat's face was too funny. They so acted like a normal lez couple...woohooo
Did you notice how Natalia put her arm around Olivia. If that isn't love and commitment, I don't know what is.
I liked how called Natalia honey and then Olivia put her arms around Natalia so cute :)
Hey... What I say!? So funny... I miss Crystal's character Olivia.
I've always loved this scene, but I have found a new reason today. It's gonna keep getting better! Well, in a soap opera sort of "better" way at least haha.
"Honey"....and putting her arn ariund her waist....how sweet...
I do too!!! Also if you notice she's trying to reply when the woman speaks to her but no words come out! LOL (^_^) I guess she was in shock!!!
OMG CC SO SEXYYYYYY .....ive just go same hair do ...I don't look as sexy tho ....she is best looking in all...
That's right hit back don't let them get to you love yous💋💋❤👍👍👍👍👍👍
Yeah lol...anything that happens to be in my house that she read really...
Hmm, I keep wondering, why did Natalia come back in the first place, wasn't she supposed to take Emma to the babysitter? And did you notice her putting her arm around Liv's waist the second she called her "honey" and pulled her close?
Does anyone know the days Otalia are going to be on every week or at least where I could find that info?
Yes Liv (who is the badass) is certainly a beauty. Gorgeous with an attitude heh heh gotta luv it
OMG I love Liv so much right now.
this is b4 Nat is pregnant in real life, she's so hot, and yes, she is pregnant as well, lol
liv enjoy it it's so delighful...
I agree; Olivia hardly speaks to Bill...I don't know why she would reveal whatever feelings she has to him of all people!? I'll take this spoiler with a grain of salt, but I do see her eventually moving out...too much tension is building between her and Natalia.
Natalia is a hottie. Who is this actress? rrrooowrrr
Jessica Leccia. And yeah.... She's insanely hot.
Does anyone know the song that's played at the end of this clip????
you seem very interested in "my family"
I saw it too! I just noticed it but she definately did!!!
So cute!!!!! Ahhh

What was that song at the end?
Wouldn't it be a hoot if it were discovered that these "Desperate Housewives" Wannabees, were actually "together" but nobody knew.
great otalia!!
