She is not top Tier now in CN but a good pick in early game if you don't have a full Wind team. I would recommend doing some extra pulls, she is fun to play
Difficult question because they have almost the same value lol. If you don't have any built DPS then save for Hades, otherwise go for Hera. Also, even if you miss one of them you still have chance to get both since they join the 50/50 list on precise scan (if GLB follow the same rule as CN).
i got her in 30 pull ! does her functor will stay in scan forever or got time limit? i cant affort to pull for her functor now coz im trying to get hades next and what the best sub functor for hela?(will try to get her main functor after i get hades)

Functors are permanent, you can pull her Functor even after the banner ends

it depends on how much you want to be competitive. If you feel her buff isn't enough then get her Functor, SS is just a bonus and you don't need it
