    Looks like quite the workout. How often do you them?

      I normally try to get in at least three workouts per week but am going through physical therapy (neck and shoulder) as a result of a bike tumble late summer. I was requested to limit time in the bike (outside or inside) until I am released from the PT. They felt my bent over position on a road bike was seen as detrimental to the work I am doing in therapy. So… this demo video was my second all out ride. I am now back to doing two easy rides per week and will move up to 3 or 4 in a few more weeks.

      @@leonfisher No… I tried one out and it was comfortable for sure but too low to the ground and difficult for drivers who are easily distracted to see the tall flag waving. Maybe someday. Unlike my road bike in the video, I am very upright and comfortable when pedaling my Priority 600 touring bike (pinion gearing and a belt drive). As I age, that has become my go-to bike with easy gearing to get me and my camping gear up the steep hills.

      That is a very interesting setup. And still gets the job done - keeping things moving - inside ( it is very hot and sunny here at the moment). I’ll investigate further. Thanks for the inspiration.
