    I own eight of Hans Wegner's three legged spade chairs, from the mid twentieth century. I have owned them and cared for them for over fifty years.

      show us that Chinese chair then- it's not a copy, Wegner and others found inspiration in historical funiture sometime, in fact Wegner designed the chair called "the Chinese chair" it is however not the Y chair or what English spakers call the wishbone chair , the Danish designer most inspired by not only historical Chinese furniture not only from China but around the world is Kaare Klint, he studied historical furniture and was a teacher at the danish design school, his idea was that we should be inspired by history when creating modern furniture
