Holy shit man, your first video meant really something to me, i was 12 years old and i loved it. It was the best video ive ever seen. And now after fucking 8 years u made a new video which is absolutelly fantastic. Your content is the best videoedit work on the whole youtube. Holy shit im literally crying right now because it's so amazing and after this long time. GOOD JOB!
I guess I’m late to the party, however this is mesmerizing content and certainly very unique with your story telling and combining real life translations into the game. Mind blowing visual fx! and your passion for 3D work shows all thorough from a beginning to an end. This must have taken many hours and focus, not to mention space! (did the total project size soak an entire harddrive?) lol! While I enjoy this cinematic and (reach the vfx fantasy limits) I must mention that my primary taste of editing is clayman-style. In my eyes and mind, the complexity and passion for editing goes far beyond visual FX and choice of animations. It’s when you by fingertip feeling knows which choice of music to use in synchronization to a historic gameplay and then at the same time manage to follow through with minimalistic details that doesn’t take away the charm of a 1on4 situation for example. You get what I mean

Now TH-cam algorithm recommended me Alive 1 again.. and I thought..hey, what a video this was back then.. just to see that in the description of that video it was mentioned Alive 2 teaser and then by searching alive 2 by mixep on youtube to found this video released 5 years ago.. what a journey honestly :D

Музыкальное сопровождение подобрано четко аж до мурашек. После первого "Alive" была проделана большая работа. Надеюсь это всё не будет закончено на такой интригующей ноте. :) 8\10 ставлю крепко. :) (Моё личное мнение) было бы интереснее посмотреть на базе КС го, ибо 1.6 конечно классика но сильно бросается в глаза.

I was surprised to see new "Alive" but it's all good! If I remember correctly that the first one was made for ESWC fragmovie contest and I remember that first "Alive" was a huge thing back in the days. Even tho I was never a fan of 3D animations/models in 1.6 movies I always appreciated the hard work put in the movie and after few years I respected your "Alive" even more (I rewatched it not that long time ago). Now with sequel I am even more impressed, it's awesome to see the story, all the mixing of real/in-game/3D footage, great sync and all the small details. This movie just shows that with a lot of dedication and hard work everything is possible. Much love, much respect, I hope we'll see more from You in the future. [SPOILER ALERT] Transition on d2 from 1.6 to GO made my jaw drop, absolutely masterpiece. [/SPOILER ALERT] Once again, amazing job, I hope to see another millions of views under your videos, because you truly deserve it!
Imho, he relied on the RL aspect way too much and came off a bit cringy at the end, with all the cliche lines and whatnot. I prefered part 1 more, felt more like a "counter strike movie" with an interesting RL twist.
