WOW, THAT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!! Thank you so much for finally uploading this!!! It made my Thanksgiving that much better!!! One thing I'm thankful for is being able to watch this awesome series!!! Keep it up! =)
Honestly this is one of my favorite episodes so far. The animation and emotion I actually feel for the characters is some of the best I've seen in a stop-motion monster film! Can't wait to see more of the series!
This episode has moved up to my favorite one now! Wow, very dark episode which I like! Was so happy that Angurius kicked his butt! Your technique has gotten even better!
Gama Presents Why do all of you, if not all, most of you hate the hero Godzilla so much that you actually cheer his opponents on when they fight him? Do you know that you all are pulling for the villains? Geesh, get real. Man, I reckon that you would pull for such those as Darth Vader, Lex Luther, and the villains that fought Batman. This is really weird of you to make sure the hero is defeated. To me that just doesn't make sense. Sure, Godzilla was going around Japan, destroying the city of Tokyo. It was their military forces that woke the creature from his hibernation. How would you feel if your peace and quiet was disturbed by all that noise? What the military did with their atomic weapons just made the sleeping giant reptile not only annoyed (why wouldn't he?), It gave him a laser fire breath. Oh, those Japanese military. If they were careful to keep such dangerous weapons away from the wildlife, they would not have been mutated. So, I'm actually a fan of Godzilla. If a towering giant alligator is sleeping, be careful not only to disturb it, but to also to mutate it. Now Godzilla not only has super size, he also has a laser breath and a skin of armor scales, thus making it hard for the other creatures to defeat him. You know who I want to see to defeat King Kong? Just think upon this. Here's your next ideal episode, King Ghidorah vs. King Kong. In this episode, Godzilla, Mothra, and all of the other amazing friends take a background seat, just in case if needed, King Ghidorah is now a good triple-headed space Dragon. King Kong is destroying New York. Kong is finished with The city. Now Kong is headed to tear up Tokyo, then tries to force a flying space dragon to take him across the universe to conquer it. Godzilla calls on all of the other creatures, villains and heroes, to help Ghidorah to take control of Kong before he takes over all of reality. At first the creatures start to attack each other until Godzilla roars everyone to stop. The hero tells them that even though they are on opposite sides, they need to put their differences aside to help the now-good King Ghidorah to save reality from the now-superatomic King Kong. Now, get this. Not only is Kong a super sized gorilla, he is now a mutant capable of being able to conquer all space creatures along with the mutant dinosaurs. You see, the world's military nuclear weapons not only mutates the dinosaurs, it also mutates the giant gorilla. All of these huddle around together as Godzilla, now the team leader, tells them if they want to save the world, they all need to cooperate with each other. Mothra, with her Princesses, help out by flying to the top of Earth and shrieks loud enough that it gets the world's military's attention. Through the Princesses interpretation, Mothra scolds all of the military for what they have done. Through them she tells them that throughout their wars with each other, their weapons have made the creatures the way they are. Then Mothra tells them now all of reality is at stake of being conquered by the now super powered King Kong and that King Ghidorah is flying throughout space to save all of reality, all of this because of the war that the nations fought with each other. She tells them that since they are only normal beings, they have to protect their nations while she and the space friends help Ghidorah. Now, give me the exiting conclusion to this episode.
wait all this was stop motion I didn't knew that you made great stop motions by just using Bandai figures and 1973 Godzilla is really one of the cutest you picked the right photo for you profile
I know this was almost a year ago, but you have come a long way since the first episode. These just keep getting better and better :) ~Christian Allbee
Aw man, this is great stuff! Really love it! ;) Definitely some really cool shots and manipulation of the toys (having them look up for example). Really love this episode, and well worth the wait! ;)
Goji73 You know what would make this a real neat movie? Add lines to represent each creature to give them a specific identity, giving them a voice, and give them a human form to go with that. Then, set them up as a team of superheroes vs. supervillains. That is what the creator of the origional movie should have done with his series by adding such options to the Space creatures, thus they would have special translators like Mothra. She seems to me that she had a set of twin princesses to tell the humans what she said. Ultraman, the Space Giants, and Specterman all had creatures from space, and yet none of these series had them to talk, until one episode when a little boy befriends one. I believe that this was from the series of Specterman. The hero did not realize that the creature was a friend with a little boy. It might have been the Space Giants. All I know is that when the space creature, while he was dying, told the boy in a telepathic way is that the boy was really his only friend. While this creature died, the little boy pulled a blade of grass and played a song. As he was playing, in his thoughts, he told the creature that he was sorry that this happened. When I saw the creature crying and the little boy crying, I started crying myself. I felt like I was treating this series like some women that watch certain soap operas. AWKWARD, NERD-LIKE, SHEEPISH. I know that the series is not real, but I saw the hurt in that boy. It's like a bully beating your best friend to death. It still almost gets to me right to the very microsecond. So try to give these characters a voice and a human form to blend with the soldiers. If the origional producer used such tactics, even with such series as Specterman, the Space Giants, and Ultraman, these would have been much better. Some American producer needs to remake those three series. I believe that we can one-up these series from Japan. Let me know what you think of my ideas.
I always like the atop motion series of, godzilla and his amazing friends. I wish, the godzilla stop motion series will continue in the near future. Goji73, keep up the good work! 😉 👍
First of all, I'd like to thank this video for being the first Goji73 video I've ever watched, Second, anyone else wonder if kingsaurus would look cooler if be could crawl on four legs and walk on two legs? Like anguirus?
While the whole "healing factor" is causing some fans to get pissed, remember this: Godzilla's wounds mostly involve just scars and cuts and gouges, not broken bones. In Tokyo S.O.S. his ribs were still injured, despite his healing factor. It looks like his leg was broken by Kingsaurus, so its mostly likely the same case
I don't see how this episode makes Godzilla into a "wussy", myself. It's not like the injury that dehabilitates Godzilla's a freaking paper cut; he got _impaled through the leg_. Besides, he still helped out to the best of his ability, even with the handicap, so Godzilla's still _fighting_ the Monster of the Week, he's just taking less of an active role in doing so than normal. I don't think Godzilla could really do much fighting on a impaled, near-useless leg, myself.
I truly cannot understand what all the fuss is about with this episode? Goji didn't win on his own, so what? There have been plenty of other episodes where he got help from his friends, and no one bitched then. Was it just because Goji ended up finishing the monster on his own those times? Implying that none of his friends can be the true "Heroes" for once? That's just petty. Plus, Showa Goji is like Rocky Balboa in personality/fighting style and in records for fights. Usually when he does win, he gets his ass kicked before he pulls off the victory. And there have been plenty of times where he's either lost or needed help to win; it's not like Heisei Goji/Millenium Goji where they mainly did shit on their own, and even they needed help once in a while. Heisei Goji needed Rodan's help fighting MG2 and MOGUERA's help battling Space Godzilla; and Final Wars Goji more or less had his life saved by Ozaki when Kaiser Ghidorah was sucking the life out of him. Showa Goji's Fight Record is this: 1) His first real victory was against Anguirus. 2) He won the first round against King Kong, but ultimately lost overall at the movie's end. And yes, the "Double Ending" is a load of horse crap; even in the Japanese ending Kong was meant to win. 3) He killed Mothra but ended up losing at the end of the movie to her babies. 4) He won against King Ghidorah for the first time but didn't defeat him without Rodan and Mothra's help. 5) When Ghidorah returned in Invasion of the Astro-Monster Godzilla beat the golden dragon again...but still did not do so alone, this time with the aid of Rodan. 6) In Godzilla vs. The Sea Monster this was his first TRUE Solo Win since his fight with Anguirus in Godzilla Raids Again. A whole ELEVEN YEARS passed in order for Showa Goji to win a fight on his own again. 7) He killed all the Kamacuras except for one (which was killed by Kumonga) but did not defeat Kumonga on his own, he probably could've if the film allowed him to, but he was aided by Minya who finally got control of his atomic breath. 8) Ghidorah was killed in Destroy All Monsters (which was set in the "future" of the time in 1992, explaining Ghidorah's presence in Godzilla vs. Gigan which took place before it) but Godzilla had the help of several other monsters in order to kill him for good. Anguirus, Gorosaurus, Rodan, Mothra, Minya and Kumonga (presumably a diffferent Kumonga, and Manda, Varan & Baragon were there but did not compete in the battle) all helped him kill Ghidorah. So all in all it took SEVEN monsters to effectively kill Ghidorah in the end, and Showa Goji NEVER beat Ghidorah on his own. 9) I don't know whether to count Gabara's (along with Ebirah's and Kumonga's again, and they were just stock footage) since it was just a dream and didn't really occur. I'll count Gabara's defeat just because it's his only appereance, though I will say Minya did beat him before Godzilla did; but ONLY because Godzilla WANTED Minya to actually fight on his own to prove his worth as a Kaiju. This was again another one of the few Solo Wins Goji has, he could've easily whooped Gabara on his own but he wanted Minya to do it first. And when Gabara was stupid enough to attack Godzilla, Minya tried to get in to fight Gabara again, but Goji was pissed and actually pushed Minya back to fight Gabara himself. 10) He scored another Solo Win against Hedorah, but not before being covered in shit (it might as well be shit, Hedorah's made out of waste.) Again though, another Solo Win. 11) Godzilla had Anguiris's help to prevail over King Ghidorah and Gigan; and Gigan was the first opponent to cause Godzilla to bleed all over the place, not to mention beating him into unconciousness in the course of the movie. 12) Godzilla was actually beating the tar out of Megalon & Gigan when he first showed up, and he may have been able to beat both of them on his own (maybe) but ultimately while he did come to Jet Jaguar's aid, the Ultraman Robot still helped him beat Gigan and Megalon, so it can't be counted as a Solo Win. 13) MechaGodzilla whooped Godzilla's ass in their first battle, and Godzilla's partner to aid him that time was King Caesar. MechaGodzilla's also noteable for turning Godzilla into a blood fountain in the course of the movie, injuring him further then any opponent had done. 14) Showa Godzilla's final entry had him spar with Titanosaurus but Titano was called back to save Katsura, so there wasn't a winner or a loser there; but the winner probably would've been Goji. Showa Goji fought against both Titanosaurus and MechaGodzilla, but ended beaten and buried (LITERALLY BURIED). He came back and proceeded to whoop MechaGodzilla on his own getting one final Solo Win. And while he most likely could've beaten Titano on his own, the Sonar Beams from the humans weakened Titano so Goji could have a fair chance with two Kaiju double teaming him. He may have beat MechaGoji on his own, but that was only because Titanosaurus couldn't interfere; and he may have blasted Titanosaurus off a cliff, but that was only because the human's helped him. Godzilla got one final Solo Win against MechaGodzilla due to a technicality, but his victory against Titanosaurus cannot be counted as such. So his Record History Ultimately summarizes is as follows: 1) Wins Altogether: Anguirus, Kong (First Round), Mothra (Adult), Ghidorah (four times), Ebirah, Ookondoru (The Condor in The Sea Monster), Kamacuras (two of them), Gabara (even if it was a dream), Hedorah, Gigan (twice), Megalon, MechaGodzilla (twice) & Titanosaurus. 2) Losses: King Kong (Second Round), Mothra Larvaes, MechaGodzilla (twice, and Titanosaurus is counted along with MechaGodzilla as just one fight since the only time he beat Godzilla was with MechaGodzilla, not by his own; so they're Tag Team Victory is still just one victory, and not two losses on Goji's part.) 3) Solo Wins: Anguirus, King Kong (First Round), Mothra, Ebirah, Ookondoru, Two Kamacuras, Gabara, Hedorah & MechaGodzilla (Second Round In Terror of MechaGodzilla.) So all in all Godzilla's had Ninteen Victories Altogether; Nine of which he had help him, and Ten of which were Solo Wins. Showa Goji lost four times in his Series, once to Kong, once to Mothra's Larvaes, MechaGodzilla twice (their First Round in the first movie & their first round in Terror of MechaGodzilla, and Titanosaurus helped MechaGodzilla win in the First Round of the second movie; so that's still just one loss because Titano didn't beat Goji on his own, he needed MG's help, and vice versa..) Many of those victories Showa Goji always needed help, though his Solo Win record does beat managed to outbeat the amount of time he needed help, even if is only by ONE fight. And he's lost at least four times in total. So no, Showa Goji is NOT invincible, guys; he's usually needed his friends help in many of his battles. And Heisei/Millenium Goji aren't invincible either. The Super X2 sent HeiseiGoji into a coma, Biollante managed to beat him in their second fight, Mothra & Battra beat him together (this still counts as just one loss, not two since two monsters were fighting him; and he managed to kill Battra before the movie ended adding to a Solo Win), MechaGodzilla 2 nearly creamed him in their first fight (he won by the skin of his teeth adding on another Solo Win) and Super MechaGodzilla actually managed to KILL him in their second fight (HeiseiGoji was revived and won the battle thanks to Rodan), he needed MOGUERA's help to fight SpaceGodzilla, and never actually beat Destoroyah (though Destoroyah never beat him either.) MilleniumGoji had a draw with Kiryu (not technically a loss), lost against Kiryu & Mothra in the sequel, and only fell short to Kaiser Ghidorah at the end of Final Wars. MilleniumGoji has the best fight record altogether in terms of Solo Wins. ShowaGoji Solo Wins: Anguirus, Kong (First Round), Mothra, Ebirah, Ookondoru, Two Kamacuras, Gabara, Hedorah, MechaGodzilla. HeiseiGoj Solo Wins: Biollante (Rose Form), King Ghidorah, Mecha King Ghidorah, Battra, MechaGodzilla 2 (First Round). Millenium Goji: Orga, Millenian, Megaguirus, All of the Meganula (All of the Meganula counts as a Solo Win but is still just one victory since they aren't nearly his size), GMK Baragon, GMK Mothra, GMK King Ghidorah (Twice, First & Second Round), SOS Mothra, Anguirus, Rodan, King Caesar, Ebirah, Gigan (First Round, Mothra killed him in the second), Kamacuras, Kumonga, Zilla, Hedorah, Monster X and Kaiser Ghidorah (Second Round). ShowaGoji has nine Solo Wins and four losses. (Lost against King Kong, Mothra Larvaes, MechaGodzilla (First Round in GVMG), MechaGodzilla & Titanosaurus Team Up.) HeiseiGoji has five Solo Wins and three losses. (Lost against Biollante's Final Form, Mothra/Battra Team Up & Super MechaGodzilla.) Millenium Goji has twenty Solo Win and two losses. (Lost against Kiryu/Mothra Larvae Team Up & Kaiser Ghidorah.) There, I hope that dispells some belief that Godzilla has "always" either won one on his own (Solo Wins) or just "always wins" in General (Altogether Wins.)
Huge slaggin deal. So you managed to slay a single gyaos. Gamers has effortlessly decimated entire flocks of those vicious reptilian birds. Very impressive though the way you managed to physically immobilize the king of kaijudo.
And now it's time for MEANINGLESS!! FANBOY!! GRIPES!! The title card should have said "A few HOURS later". Because, even in the Showa period, Godzilla could regenerate, and would be fully healed within a day. Case in point, his left eye that was fully recovered in the next movie after Hedorah blinded it. Other than that, another great episode! ^_^ Looks like Redking really is gonna join the gang.
Wait when Kingsaurus III stabs Godzilla in the leg with his horns it causes a wound but when he tackles in the chest with his horns Godzilla just gets knocked back... Wut?
Same thing happened when he fought Ultraman Jack in his original appearance. Probably didn't put in as much effort that time since he mortal wounded Godzilla already, he'd just let him bleed out.
I liked the episode. I don't understand all the backlash it is getting. It's actually a interesting thing seeing Godzilla being injured and his allies having to save him. Plus, despite the "wussyness" (according to them) of the character in the story, they forget Godzilla was still fighting and helping out.
*crippled* hmm that sounds familiar... OH RIGHT jobby the hong: its like they made leonardo do the main dorcal plates. and made a crippled child do the rest!
Guys, have you ever thought that maybe godzilla is the bad guy here? and all the other monster are actual just freedom fighters trying to break free of the tyranny of the king of the monsters?
Mother Agria:Here Godzilla some leaves to cover your wound Godzilla:Owww!! get that crap off me now!! Lol now I wonder will there be any Godzilla monsters and will there always be a Showa Godzilla?
Anguirus's belly was cut open in battle by another monster, and in order to save his friend's life, Godzilla took stripes of his own skin and placed them over Anguirus's wound, which eventually healed up and provided some of Godzilla's regenerative cells with them but it kept Godzilla's skin in place of it, showing off the bond that Godzilla and Anguirus share.

So his Record History Ultimately summarizes is as follows:
1) Wins Altogether: Anguirus, Kong (First Round), Mothra (Adult), Ghidorah (four times), Ebirah, Ookondoru (The Condor in The Sea Monster), Kamacuras (two of them), Gabara (even if it was a dream), Hedorah, Gigan (twice), Megalon, MechaGodzilla (twice) & Titanosaurus.
2) Losses: King Kong (Second Round), Mothra Larvaes, MechaGodzilla (twice, and Titanosaurus is counted along with MechaGodzilla as just one fight since the only time he beat Godzilla was with MechaGodzilla, not by his own; so they're Tag Team Victory is still just one victory, and not two losses on Goji's part.)
3) Solo Wins: Anguirus, King Kong (First Round), Mothra, Ebirah, Ookondoru, Two Kamacuras, Gabara, Hedorah & MechaGodzilla (Second Round In Terror of MechaGodzilla.)
So all in all Godzilla's had Ninteen Victories Altogether; Nine of which he had help him, and Ten of which were Solo Wins.
Showa Goji lost four times in his Series, once to Kong, once to Mothra's Larvaes, MechaGodzilla twice (their First Round in the first movie & their first round in Terror of MechaGodzilla, and Titanosaurus helped MechaGodzilla win in the First Round of the second movie; so that's still just one loss because Titano didn't beat Goji on his own, he needed MG's help, and vice versa..)
Many of those victories Showa Goji always needed help, though his Solo Win record does beat managed to outbeat the amount of time he needed help, even if is only by ONE fight. And he's lost at least four times in total.
So no, Showa Goji is NOT invincible, guys; he's usually needed his friends help in many of his battles. And Heisei/Millenium Goji aren't invincible either.
The Super X2 sent HeiseiGoji into a coma, Biollante managed to beat him in their second fight, Mothra & Battra beat him together (this still counts as just one loss, not two since two monsters were fighting him; and he managed to kill Battra before the movie ended adding to a Solo Win), MechaGodzilla 2 nearly creamed him in their first fight (he won by the skin of his teeth adding on another Solo Win) and Super MechaGodzilla actually managed to KILL him in their second fight (HeiseiGoji was revived and won the battle thanks to Rodan), he needed MOGUERA's help to fight SpaceGodzilla, and never actually beat Destoroyah (though Destoroyah never beat him either.)
MilleniumGoji had a draw with Kiryu (not technically a loss), lost against Kiryu & Mothra in the sequel, and only fell short to Kaiser Ghidorah at the end of Final Wars.
(Lost against King Kong, Mothra Larvaes, MechaGodzilla (First Round in GVMG), MechaGodzilla & Titanosaurus Team Up.)
HeiseiGoji has five Solo Wins and three losses. (Lost against Biollante's Final Form, Mothra/Battra Team Up & Super MechaGodzilla.)
Millenium Goji has twenty Solo Win and two losses. (Lost against Kiryu/Mothra Larvae Team Up & Kaiser Ghidorah.)
There, I hope that dispells some belief that Godzilla has "always" either won one on his own (Solo Wins) or just "always wins" in General (Altogether Wins.)
Kenpachi Ramasama I’m not sure if most people even read the hole thing and I’m super late to say this lol

this series is great but when is the next episode gonna be ready?
When is Episode 16 coming
Mid to late Spring
Goji73 Are you still making more Godzilla and His Amazing Friends?
I didn't know about the Ultraman Jack one.
And That sounds like a reasonable answer
The
The Face hogsheads
Om cupcakes! I used to watch this since I was 3
I liked the episode. I don't understand all the backlash it is getting. It's actually a interesting thing seeing Godzilla being injured and his allies having to save him. Plus, despite the "wussyness" (according to them) of the character in the story, they forget Godzilla was still fighting and helping out.

Bob Sherlock No, actually Godzilla would say ow, but instead he would thank the small nurse instead of rudely telling her to back off.
What's with the massive scar on Anguirus's underside?
Anguirus's belly was cut open in battle by another monster, and in order to save his friend's life, Godzilla took stripes of his own skin and placed them over Anguirus's wound, which eventually healed up and provided some of Godzilla's regenerative cells with them but it kept Godzilla's skin in place of it, showing off the bond that Godzilla and Anguirus share.
Goji73 Is this something that I missed in a previous episode?
Alex Howard
No, it was events that took place before the series.
Oh. do we ever get to see those events?
Alex Howard yeah when ARE we going to see it.
