Agar midc ke liye jamin 7/12 utare par stamp mara hai ,thikani hai lekin kitane baras ke Ansar sarkarne jamin lenı hai kuch time limit nahi hota hai .lekinjab se stamp pads hai tabide stamp duty ,rajistretion pach Guna badhaya Şili’ye kısan bhi jamin nahi beach şakta.land ke Kumar ke barabar stampduty,rajistretion kharcha karana padata hai .act me kuch pravdhan hai to mam Batavia

My land acquired for bypass road.
Govt compensation gave to me per acer land 1lakh but my neighbour land compensation is 1cr per acer .this compensation give to my immediate plot .after notice I am give objection on writing. But land acquisition department award amount deposit in my bank account. Mem what I do please tell me .

Hello Sir, it is my humble request, sir pls give me your valuable advise in my case...our land aquired by HUDA in 1978 & compensation deposited in treasury ( as per LAO) and partly physical possession taken on 1996. We didnot given written conscent under section 18 to accept such compensation. Court case was going on till 2009 but after that we giveup.
It is requested to pls give your valuable suggestion/advise that can we claim compensation under new act 2013. If yes ,pls share any details of a lawyer who can fight this case for us
