You should know how bloom works in game, the bloom activates when you move and shoot or when you shoot without stopping, the turret is stationary, barely any bloom and none recoil. Like a bipod on the ground

In the context of what ninja did was unacceptable, when you choose to stream a game where your position is key, of course your going to get stream sniped, it's not a good thing but it happens. For ninja to go and report a dude who legitimately outplayed him and insult him for literally emoting after killing him and having 4 people spectating, if course he's gonna emote.
