It was my second. My first was sadqay tumhare but I thought was an Indian show at the time. These two shows hurt my heart so much. I had never seen something quite like it.
MK's saari literally reminds me of FK's dialogue 'zerday ki daig...' hehe. Stunning as ever she's looking.... love you in saari's. This was heartwarming to watch. The dresses were an incredible dream and what nostalgia, ufff.

The only drama where richness in status of girl did not show as absence of duppata, so kudos for that, I still want the design of black earring worn by khirad at 1st dawat at asher's friend place over black dress

I'm happy that they're showing the real face because in Pakistan people who are rich tend to forget their dupatta
But her character did stop wearing duputta on her head after her marriage and when she got rich. When she returned back to poverty after being thrown out the house the duputta was back on.

@@sabanoor1685 well it’s a drama of course the clothes are always modest, don’t know when I ever saw a Pakistani drama with immodest clothing… I’m just saying this drama also showed the absence of duputta after Khirad got married and acquired a wealthy status after it, like Zindagi Gulzar Hai it happened there too. In fact the only dramas I’ve seen where richness was not associated with absence of a duputta is Sabaat. Mawra’s character Anaya remained wearing a duputta on her head when she married her elite rich in laws and got a corporate job. Humsafar doesn’t deserve the kudos for that. Sabaat does.

I still remember I was in my first year of my college and randomly heard Ost of Humsafar..I was taken aback!! ♥️ Believe me ...the lyrics caught me first and I got the vibe. Then I started with watching episode 1 sijce I already knew Mahira and Fawad because of their bollywood debue and all. Nevertheless, I was so so attracted to story, character, music, tonality, grace, urdu ofcourse how can I forget!! And the eagerness to see the pair come together to see their chemistry ♥️♥️. This was just the start of watching and loving pak dramas. And now in 2021, I have watched so many dramas... classics and believe me pak drama ka koi Todd nhi hai...I mean it!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Now we know why these dramas are blockbusters and classics! ✨💫 The attention to detail, the prime focus on story, logic, characterization, character sketches, wardrobe, nothing extravagant, no exaggeration, just pure art and effort into making a project with honesty, not formula driven, driven with the honesty of making it with clean intention (Eman), no greed, no formula, no overthinking.... Pakistani television lost that!
No matter or what how many years humsafar gets old but the beauty of this serial like clothes,language direction ,cast everything is just mindblowing I never gets bored even if it watch after 30 years this serial never gets old

I recently watched Humsafar and it's still in my mind.It's the most beautiful and the most real drama I've ever seen in my life.
My favourite outfits are the one Khirad wore on Sara'a birthday,the second is yellow one and the third is black one ,she wore in the rain.These r the most favourite rest are also gorgeous.

After Zindagi gulzar hain 1st aired on Zindagi TV ,i have become Fawad Fan and literally watched all his works including TVC 😅 (actually i m his fan when i watched Khuda Key Liye on 2008 ,didn't know his name that time ) and then i saw Humsafar and become Mahira Fan ,bought Pakistani Suit for my Durga Pujo Shopping and Posing Khirad pose with my cousins. Literally our whole cousin gal gang became Khirad wearing Khirad Suit .Always Humsafar fan ❤

This character and the drama would be incomplete without Khirads wardrobe just like the cinematic masterpiece that was Julia Roberts Vivian in Pretty Woman ( those yummy polka dots) and Keira Knightleys green dress in Atonement.
