The problem with the permafrost is has no movility, cause it is two handed weapon, the chillhowl or the 1h frost has more movility just for the offhand
hmm not always. For example now meta 1h frost - offhand taproot. Its ok mobility - not double or blood ofcourse. So yeah u need to act like u are on low health to force then to all in - only than u can kill.
yeah its cause people just skip part when u lvl up it anyway. Its boring to watch how i just farm mobs to lvl up specs. And its pretty easy to do it rn. It was hard to lvl up around 2 - 3 years ago.
