Inventory is coming back on all these places. I might have considered Serrano a year or two ago, but even with more inventory, prices are just too high considering where rates are. 1.5M as "affordable" is kind of funny. All cash buyers might be happy though.
I suppose we will never create communitites where a motor vehicle is rNOT required. Single family homes are such a wate of energy and land use! How long will it take for us to just get it and stop play the old game of a century ago, and face a new future that is not so opulent.

Do you think prices will crash in Serrano with housing market rates much higher for mortgage loans?
Probably not alot of people are moving to El dorado hills especially Serrano and they keep building more homes
