BBS are the real deal, they are very refreshing . Being true to what they love makes them even better. God bless ya fellas keep on rockin every day !!!!!!
Hope the industry don't mess these guys up, and let them keep making the music they want to make ,the music that we have grown to love them for. I wish them all success in the world, but sure don't want nothing to change in the way they have been doing it.
Yes I hope they continue to their Roots which is Smooth Roots to Southern Rock, Blues and a bit of Country they put in Their big ol pot The Great Artist They are and all comes Tight Blend of Balance also the Scared Chemistry they share and Goodness Gracious alive when the finished Work on a Tune comes out For us to Enjoy and they Certainly Appear To Love what They Do !!!!!!! Lovin Blackberry Smoke ! ol fan way down in TX...JD...

Ruby’s got a brother Her brother’s got a lover His lover’s got another on the side Ain’t nobody’s business We all need forgiveness It’s been laying heavy on my mind If you got a secret baby I can keep it Lock it up and swallow the key Everybody’s got a little something to hide You can lay it all on me Her mama used the Bible Daddy used the bottle Revival and survival made her run She’s using just a little Of both here in the middle I know exactly where she’s coming from If you got a secret baby I can keep it Lock it up and swallow the key Everybody’s got a little something to hide You can lay it all on me Covering my tracks and sneaking on the sly It’s getting hard to look my Rosie/Ruby in the eye She caught us shackin’ up at a dirty motel Says she’s gonna send us both straight to hell It’s complicated ain’t it I wish I could explain it It wouldn’t make no difference if I tried Ruby and her brother Say one way or another I’m running out of places I can hide If you know a secret you best know how to keep it Lock it up and swallow the key Everybody’s got a little something to hide You can lay it all on me
This cat talked too much. I loved The Black Crows but BlackBerry Smoke blows them out of the water. Maybe if the band would have stayed together them we could compare but no way . BBS is the real deal .God Bless
I have a hard time adjusting to something like this. Only because, I hate bands call themselves a rock and roll band, when they sound like country or vice-versa. It's music like that, goes back as far as folk rock was born or southern rock was born. Start out being a rock and roll band, but having their music being played on an already dead country music station that's calling themselves country rock. Just leave the country out, and call yourself folk rock music station. Because, it's stupid to calling yourself something that isn't fitting. You can't be both, you're either a rock and roll band or you're not. Sorry, the Eagles, Bob Segar, Lynyrd Skynyrd, John Cougar, Steven Tyler, and Bon Jovi. I'm certain other artists that does just that. Which makes me sick to see, because it's how our RRHOF is so not what it stands for, it's the MHOF. Sorry, your music is awesome, but it's not my taste of music.
Always AWESOME, and that's why they are my favorite band 💜
That's because they're one of the few bands keeping good ole rock n roll alive.

I LOVE ME!! SOME BBS!!!!
Stay true Guy's
Love &Peace
Ruby’s got a brother
Her brother’s got a lover
His lover’s got another on the side
Ain’t nobody’s business
We all need forgiveness
It’s been laying heavy on my mind
If you got a secret baby I can keep it
Lock it up and swallow the key
Everybody’s got a little something to hide
You can lay it all on me
Her mama used the Bible
Daddy used the bottle
Revival and survival made her run
She’s using just a little
Of both here in the middle
I know exactly where she’s coming from
If you got a secret baby I can keep it
Lock it up and swallow the key
Everybody’s got a little something to hide
You can lay it all on me
Covering my tracks and sneaking on the sly
It’s getting hard to look my Rosie/Ruby in the eye
She caught us shackin’ up at a dirty motel
Says she’s gonna send us both straight to hell
It’s complicated ain’t it
I wish I could explain it
It wouldn’t make no difference if I tried
Ruby and her brother
Say one way or another
I’m running out of places I can hide
If you know a secret you best know how to keep it
Lock it up and swallow the key
Everybody’s got a little something to hide
You can lay it all on me
This is extrodinary song writing.
That's right buddy, we're RABID BBS FANS!
