    I make my own granola using oat meal, cinnamon, mixed nuts,,pine nuts ,seeds a little honey all over roasted for 15 minutes, when cool mix in accai berrie and desiccated coconut

    Hi! Just came across your channel and am inspired! I noticed that your dairy and gluten free. Do you have have any issues which force you to eat that way or do you just do it for the health benefits? I suffer from a type of colitis and have been wondering if I should go gluten free to see if it helps.
